Guest Access
Guests have exclusive use of the entire estate and all amenities, except for a few locked closets reserved for linens and supplies. The property is secured with an automatic gate (code provided upon booking). The gate closes automatically after 20 seconds, and when exiting, a vehicle sensor will open it for you.
Other Things to Note
House Rules
No unauthorized events, gatherings, or parties (inquire for approved events).
Strictly no smoking (indoors or outdoors within 10 ft of property). $500 violation fee applies.
Cleaning Fee: $700
No pets.
Maximum overnight occupancy: 14 guests.
Quiet hours: 10 pm (weekdays) / 12 am (weekends).
Guests staying Wednesday nights must place trash bins outside for Thursday pickup.
Security Deposit
All bookings require a $500 security deposit hold (not a charge). This is released within 3 days of checkout after inspection.
Deposit may be withheld for:
- Smoking indoors
- Property damage beyond normal wear
- Unauthorized parties/events
- Exceeding max guest limit
- Housekeeping
- Professional cleaning provided before and after each stay.
- Mid-stay cleaning available upon request (additional fee).
No daily maid service included in rental.
