This cleverly designed home is the perfect family retreat with 4 large bedrooms, each with its own large en-suite bathroom and vaulted ceilings. With a private pool and beachfront access, you will never want to leave this idyllic location. ​ ​ This villa includes a 20'x40' main sitting room, and over 1,000 square feet of shaded patio, as well as a second level sundeck for tanning. The villa is situated directly on the beach of the private gated community of Jolly Harbor and guests will have all the privacy needed to entertain in this 4,000 square foot home. ​

Guests enter Turtle Villa and are able to see the rolling waves of the Caribbean sea from the front entrance gate. The reception room is decorated with high ceiling fans, lounge area and a fully equipped kitchen. ​ Step outside onto the terrace and if the 30 steps to the ocean are too far for you, take a swim in your private fresh water swimming pool that includes four submerged bar stools directly adjacent to the outdoor kitchen, so your cold refreshments are readily available. Rinse off and take a walk down the beach to “Castaways” beach restaurant for a bit of atmosphere and perhaps a cocktail or traditional ‘Rum Punch’.

Turtle Villa also has its own roof top sun terrace for additional privacy. The villa also comes with full access to the boat lift and dock. ​
Turtle Villa has an additional bathroom for guests, as well as surround sound music systems in each room. The property comes with a laundry room (washer and dryer) . The fully contained kitchen includes a wine fridge, beverage fridge, double oven, large refrigerator and refrigerated drawers, as well as all the utensils one could wish for - a chef's dream. ​ The gardens surrounding the villa provide guests with even more privacy, boasting beautiful bougainvillea plants and palm tress. ​

Turtle Villa is situated within The Jolly Harbour Marina complex which is a gated community with 24 hour security.
