The Space:

Welcome to our downtown Johnson City loft, hosted by The Sanctuary Co. This stylish loft is nestled right in the heart of downtown Johnson City, offering a view of a breezy courtyard. Enjoy the convenience of being within walking distance to the city's best restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, music venues, parks, shopping, and more. It’s the perfect place to stay as you explore all that downtown JC has to offer.



Our apartment is ideally located between Main Street and the downtown square parking lot, providing easy access to everything you need. With restaurants, breweries, parks, and a new theatre just steps away, there are endless options at your fingertips. You can easily visit the farmers' market, take a leisurely stroll through Founders Park, or enjoy one of the many evening events. There is even a restaurant located under the complex for easy access to brunch, dinner, and events!

Guest Access:

Getting to our place is super easy, and downtown JC has a ton of free parking! The Downtown Square Lot next to our place is usually a safe bet from morning till late afternoon, but right across the street from that is a huge lot that has options pretty much any time of day or night. This apartment does not come with a designated parking spot, as all parking is first-come-first-serve. Our place is a short walk from any of the downtown lots. The keypad on our doors makes it super convenient to come and go as you please while you explore the city.



The Neighborhood:

Our place is right in the heart of Downtown JC. It's super walkable and is the perfect starting point for whatever you'd like to get into. You'll definitely feel like you're in the middle of the action, but of course, that also means you might hear some noise from trains and nightlife. There is a restaurant underneath the complex that holds weekend events. We think it's just part of the vibe and embrace it!



Getting Around:

We have stringent and intentional cleaning methods that take CDC recommendations and more into consideration as we prepare each of our homes for guests to stay. Our aim is to provide a home away from home experience for every guest, family, or group that stays with us.



Other Things to Note:

Since our place is in the heart of downtown, you'll definitely feel like you're close to everything! But of course, that also means you might hear some noise from trains and nightlife. We think it's just part of the vibe and embrace it!



PET INFORMATION:

While we welcome pets in our homes, we do charge a flat fee to cover the extra cleaning costs and resources needed to ensure the removal of pet hair and dander to the best of our ability and that the space is thoroughly cleaned for future guests. We strive to offer a welcoming environment for everyone, including those with pets, and this fee helps us keep our properties in excellent condition. We kindly ask that pets be kept off of furniture, including beds. Any evidence of pets on furniture may result in additional fines.

We allow a maximum of two (2) pets/service animals, and NO cats or birds, in our homes. All pets must be crate-trained and house-broken. We pride ourselves on impeccable cleanliness and this helps us maintain our standard for future travelers.
