Condo comes equipped with a king sized bed, sofa bed and air mattress for extra sleeping space.
Full kitchen with all your cooking needs, microwave and a Keurig coffee machine!
Front door is keypad accessible so no hassle of a key!
1. Check-out is strictly at 10:00AM. Our cleaning teams are scheduled precisely to ensure the home is perfect for the next guest.
2. No smoking or vaping. This applies to the entire interior of the home AND the **balcony**. Any evidence or odor of smoking will result in a deep cleaning fee.
3. No parties or unauthorized events. Only the number of guests on the reservation are permitted on the property after 10:00PM.
4. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 8:00AM. Please respect our neighbors!
5. No pets allowed.
6. Do not throw any items from the balcony.
7. Please keep doors and windows closed while the AC is running to prevent the unit from freezing up in the Florida humidity.
