"I loved the part that the bed was low enough on the floor I with being a shorter person could actually get in it. We stayed for 6 days and we did NOT have a chair in the room. We had the strait back desk chair but that was it. Very uncomfortable having to sit on the bed edge for hours. Then got VERY upset on day 3 we asked if our bathroom only coukd be freshed up and clean towels be put in. We were told no, they were not doing room cleanings during the week due to low staffing. "Upon arrival we are informed that the inside pool is closed even though it said nothing in the description about it being closed also the front desk charged my card when a charge was not supposed to be on that card because I paid cash. And the staff lied straight to my face about this being the only Quality Inn location in Branson when there is one right down the road that is a lot nicer than this one."

"We got the upgraded room with a jacuzzi. The room was okay, large gap between the floor and bottom of door. We went down for breakfast, only 3 or 4 options, crowded area. Went back to our room, our key wouldnt work. Went to the front desk, they reactivated the key and it still wouldnt work. The office worker went to use her key, and the key broke inside the door. We had to wait an hour and a half before the maintence guy showed up to break into our room. It was 20 degrees outside. The office...

"We had a pet friendly room, however the floor was filthy (had not been mopped for a long time). Socks were nearly black the first night so we wore shoes all the time. Staff was very casual, did not say that the door needed to be locked when leaving, did not mention that there would be no breakfast until we asked the first morning and she said she did not have time to get supplies."
