Very clean. The facility is quite dated. Breakfast is fruit, yogurt, coffee and beverages and grocery pastries. The staff are very kind.

3rd or 4th time we stayed. They are the most hospitable and nicest family to deal with. Our stay has been perfect every time. Place is always very clean. We can’t wait to go back again.

Loved the eclectic decor. Great to stay in a place with Catskills character. Took a while for the hot water to get to the third floor. Peaceful, quiet atmosphere.

Really unique, eclectic, charming hotel. It's old school and we enjoyed it. If you've stayed at the old hotels on Block Island you can relate. Convenient to a back way into Bethel Woods (15 minutes or so- country roads), and they have a shuttle as well. We met a wonderful group of fellow concert goers at breakfast. Continental breakfast. Beautiful grounds. Town is about a 10 minutes drive with dining and shopping.

The staff was great and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The decor was outdated but comfortable. I felt like I was staying in my childhood home. It felt more like a Bed and Breakfast. So I liked it and would definitely stay there again when I am in the area. It's a plus that the rooms have air conditioning and private bathrooms!! Beautiful area too, by the lake.

Looking for a quiet relaxing place to enjoy a beautiful small mountain town? Quaint mountain resort, clean bedrooms with private bath. Complimentary breakfast. Several fire pits and outdoor gathering areas. Close to a park, restaurants, and the lake. Family owned and operated. Would stay again.

Nice place. But the breakfast was something you pick up at a gas station. Their website stated they had a bar and restaurant. But it was in another building 15 minute drive down the street. It was an okay place but I can found a cheper place that gas more to offer. I won't be staying there again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Kenoza Lake View Manor. It is a lovely old house and yet very quiet (didn't hear squeaky floors). It was a little bit of a challenge climbing the staircase up to the third floor, but when we got there our room was cozy. The bed was quite comfortable. The continental breakfast was nothing to write home about, but it gave us the fuel we needed before we headed off for more adventures. The best part was the Manor's convenient location to the Bethel Woods Center for the Performing Arts where we went to hear Josh Groban. All-in-all, it was a great birthday gift from my spouse.

It was very convenient to the event at Bethel woods. Other reviews mentioned a free shuttle to events. The shuttle is not free. The room was comfortable but had no view. Only one chair. The family that runs the house is very receptive

Rooms are small and quirky and have a lovely view of the lush meadow. The owners are very friendly and let us pet their cats. Air conditioning unit worked well. Parking was a breeze. The Manor is very quiet at night, you can hear your neighbors creaking down the hallway so it doesn't offer a feeling of privacy. It's a nice safe haven in a beautiful area.

I will definitely be back The woman that checked me in was lovely. I would like to know her name so I can send her a gift. I had come over for a Stephen Marley concert and had I not had to work the next day. I would’ve stayed till normal checkout time but unfortunately I had to leave very early.

This is a family owned and staffed property. Beautifully decorated and clean. Appreciated the small atmosphere - 15 rooms. Might be challenging for people who cannot climb stairs if they do not get a first-floor accommodation. As it is an older house, water pressure in shower not real strong., but the friendliness of staff and the beauty of the property make up for that. Very convenient if attending events at Bethal Woods arts center. Surrounding area also beautiful and has restaurants.
