"Well, first of all me and my wife stayed in this hotel they did not provide us towels. We had to go down and take the towel every day for three nights and the customer lady doesn’t speak English. "There system was terribly wrong after the reservation we had to wait there for almost 4-5 hours because apparently they wasn’t able to see our reservation but they were able to find it at the back end and still we had to wait in lobby for that long and they didn’t put us in the room until they finished ..."
