"We enjoyed our trip a lot. cocos cottage was in a good location and an easy walk to the beach and Target. It’s centrally located in the area and a quick drive to lots of restaurants, stores and activities. The house was good, easy to check in and good communication with Don. It is a little older home but is in a quiet neighborhood and has everything that you would need. We would stay there again and definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a great beach vacation house!"

"Quaint out of the way getaway"

"Not getting 5 stars because the linens weren’t clean when we got there. The linen company failed to replace the box of towels and bed sheets, so we were up until 3am on the first night cleaning the bedding. The host was very responsive and brought us new bedding the next day. This wasn’t entirely the hosts fault, but it certainly was the lowest category of the stay."

"We loved our stay at this cozy beach cabin. The location was excellent with a short walk to the beach, shops, and ice cream. The neighborhood was quiet and great for walking (we took out dog). The host was very responsive and the place was easy to get into and very clean upon arrival. We hope to visit again one day!"

"Lovely vintage cottage with little touches that make you enjoy the stay. Like a dark washcloth that says Makeup!, paper cups in bathroom and coffee pods, sugar and creamers. Everything you need. One suggestion, driveway is on a curve and easy to miss! May want to slow way down at you pass 830 mailbox as 838 is coming soon!"

"We had a great time at the KOA cabin. The property could have used a bit more cleaning prior to check-in, but nothing that was unmanageable! The location was beautiful and peaceful! Will be going back!"

"The house was perfect for a big group..not far from shopping stores..a golf course a mile away and a dairy queen Right there..and a nice walk to the beach.."

"This home is located on a canal facing west so the sunset views were incredible. The guest rooms had lavender scented memory foam mattresses that were very comfortable and calming. The center dining room/dining table were really cool. The canoe part was stocked with games. The washer and dryer were brand new and did loads of laundry lightning fast. Just a short drive to the beach and horses everywhere. Can’t beat a beach weekend in Carova."

"Our stay was absolutely amazing. Quiet neighborhood, lovely views. The outdoor toys accommodated all of us (4 adults). The crabbing was a great experience and the owners were very responsive to one minor issue we had the entire week of our stay. Would definitely stay again."

"This would be our second stay here as a family of 6. We enjoy being close to the ocean but having the sound and the dock in our own backyard! My family loves the back porch and dock area. We spent hours each day fishing, swimming and using the paddle board and blow up boat that we brought! We made almost every meal here and spent hours of time relaxing and enjoying family time. The house is clean and the owner is wonderful with communication."
