From the pics the hotel seemed pretry nice. Once I arrived staff was nice and accommodating. I flew in super late checked in around 4am with my child. I was awaken at 7ish am to a bed bug crawling on my SONS BACK!!! I was livid, I cried in anger and packed up immediately. They did resolve my issue as far as the refund but I had nowhere to go in a foreign city. I had to go through hoops to get to another hotel with a toddler stroller and luggage. I hope to God I dont bring anything home

Excessive pool noise at night extending up until 11pm, no one enforcing proper closing time. Pet friendly but there will be a charge if they find evidence that the pet was on the bed? Meh.
