"5 minutes before check in i was sent to a different property that i didn't see or agreed to but i had to go because i was getting dropped off with my family. "Stunning property and incredible staff. We had a wonderful week at Santosha. They took great care of us and made us feel at home. The food was delicious and property is beautiful. Very well kept with a little bit of something to do for everyone.The only thing we think could improve would be to talk to a staff onsite before the visit to have questions addressed by the team instead of someone offsite. "The Management shows little concern for the reality of their guest’s experiences. We left the property this morning after a four day stay. During the stay, we informed them each day that TV didn’t work. They apologized, but NEVER repaired or mitigated the situation. I booked out room as an individual using a mobility scooter. Despite having a ramp onto the deck, there was no ramp into the hotel, and no grab bars in the restroom, despite management’s assertion and advertisement that the property of handicap friendly. I complained daily, and while the staff constantly apologized, the supervisors and management simply didn’t seem to care. I will NEVER stay at this property again, nor would I EVER let anyone that I care about stay there. There are neighboring options."
