Sophisticated Penthouse on the 10th floor, near the beach, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. This condo is newly modeled to release!
In the center of Jaco just one hour and 10 minutes from the Juan Santa María International Airport. Close to nature and lush beaches and national parks that are biological reserves.
Perfect place for a group of friends or families who want privacy but with the option to share. Double height ceilings that only the 10th Floor that only this Penthouse can offer you, from here you can see one of the largest and most modern swimming pools in Jaco, the mountains and the sea.
A single floor with 4 rooms, 3 of which are completely separated from the main one. Of the 4 rooms two are main rooms since their bathrooms are inside the rooms, they also have these two, with flat screen and balcony with view. A modern, integrated and new social area, large kitchen and all amenities.
From here you can visit other beautiful beaches just 10 minutes by car like Playa Blanca and Playa Matas or the famous Manuel Antonio National Park 50 miles, Carara National Park 13 miles among others. You can take surf lessons, enjoy boogie, paddleboarding or surf. In Jaco you will find many food options or just go to the movies, walk on the beach or play golf in Playa Hermosa.
You can also visit waterfalls or take a horse ride among others.

Very attentive and responsive host, great property

We enjoyed our stay! The host is very responsive and attentive. She was also very thoughtful: providing coffee (must have), dish washing liquid, soap, detergent, trash bags, towels (including beach towels) water, and snacks. The property has 24 hour security and is close to the main drag in Jaco. The beach is close, however it is on a less populated and more urban part of town, so we traveled further than 100 meters to the more popular beach area in Jaco, which is still fairly close to the property. We did not mind the walk to the beach, however I would recommend traveling to other towns nearby that have more pristine beaches. In short, I would recommend this penthouse to others.

Fantastic stay

We stayed there in April !! We loved how well the place is equipped with and how close is it to all the restaurants , stores and beach !! Definitely recommend it ! Our group of 10 people happily stayed !!

Great place and location

The property was just as described in the listing. It was spacious and clean and provided more than enough room for our group of 9. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and spending time at the pool. We also liked that it was just a short distance to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Excellent stay

The description of property was accurate and the proximity to ocean was great. Approximately 5 minutes walk through a vacant lot to the beach. The pool was very large and temperature was always very warm. We enjoyed seeing scarlet mackaws flying early in the morning each day. The linens and towels were clean. Everyone in our group agreed we would not hesistate to stay here again. Communication with owner was prompt and easy. Thank you!

Tower in the sky!

We stayed in this beautiful penthouse during our visit in Jaco. We enjoyed the many bedrooms and the easy laid back atmosphere of the floor plan. There is a great pool table which we utilized on our down time and the pool was fantastic. Aside from the frying pans that should be replaced we enjoyed our stay very much. Excellent views from the open balcony that looks out onto the mountains and plenty of room for a large group we were delighted with the birds that came to visit. We enjoyed many of the excursions that were close by including rainforest tours, zip lining, fishing, shopping and excellent restaurants including the Lemon Zest and Hooked Up at the marina. We certainly would visit again.

Great location, beautiful Condo, all you need and much more!

We had a great stay, the condo has everything we needed and much more, like board games, pool & ping pong tables. The kitchen and common areas were spacious, luminous and had good ventilation. Johana even had a gift for us, that was very kind of her. Everything was perfect, no complains at all. For sure we'll come back.

A fantastic place to stay in Jaco

Due in large part to this wonderful, high end penthouse condo our stay in Jaco was fantastic. Johanna was a great communicator, stocked us up with food and was always available when needed. The condo is in a great location outside of the hustle bustle of town but easy walking distance to everything. We will return, pura Vida!!!

Wonderful stay in Jaco

What a beautiful location. Everything was perfect. Johanna was amazing from date of booking throughout our stay helping us book excursions and transportation along with personally shopping so that our apartment was fully stocked with food and beverages. Wouldhighly recommend staying here.

Spacious, Clean, Safe! Amazing Penthouse!

The penthouse was exactly as advertised. Johanna responded instantly to emails, Arranged transportation for us and made the check in process a breeze. The condo was clean, had great wifi, beach towels, toiletries and the kitchen was stocked with all the plates and utensils you could need. The complex is incredibly safe with 24 hour guards at the front gate. The pool is huge, clean and a great place to spend the day lounging. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. We rented a side by side for the week and had no problem finding parking inside the complex. I would highly recommend staying in this penthouse as a group of friends or families. I will definitely be coming back next year!
