The 10 story Palms boutique Condo complex is located on the quiet north end of Jaco beach. You can walk the 15 minutes to the center of town where you will find numerous shops, great restaurants, nightlife, supermarkets, and banks. You can also grab a cab/uber into town for about $3-5. No additional booking fees or resort fees!
You can rent a car but it is not needed.
Parking.....there is a small lot directly in front of the Palms with 7 spaces. Spaces are on a first come first served basis, with priority given to handicap. We have an additional lot a few meters down the road with plenty of overflow parking that is shared with Crocs employees.
This is our second home and we spend a lot of time here. The unit is updated and well maintained with all the conveniences you would need. The master bedroom has an ensuite and the other full bath is shared between the 2 guest bedrooms. There is an additional 1/2 bath. The large terrace has dining for 6 with additional chaise loungers and a grill, it is like another outdoor room. The kitchen is well equipped if you'd like to cook meals in or have a chef cook in-house for you.
