Stunning Views & Great Location in Oceans of Amelia

Spacious two bedroom/two bathroom oceanfront condo on Amelia Island with beautiful ocean views. Located in the popular Oceans of Amelia complex, this condo offers a fantastic layout, private complex pool, and convenient beach access.

The quiet Oceans of Amelia complex off Fletcher Avenue is an ideal location on Amelia Island - less than a quarter mile from Main Beach and very convenient to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. Make the easy 5-minute drive to the Fernandina Beach Historic District and enjoy the charming downtown area with many great shops and dining options.

This condo has a fantastic layout in the main area (kitchen, dining, and living room) and boasts some of the best views on the island from this living space and the private balcony. With very nice updates, it is also well stocked with all the essentials. This is the perfect place for a beach getaway!

It's important to note that parking is limited in this complex and this unit only has one reserved spot. Larger vehicles will fit in the parking space, but are more difficult to maneuver in the parking area. Please inquire for more information and rates. We look forward to hearing from you!

The property is awesome! Being so close to the beach is the best. The unit was clean and check in was very easy. Only issues we had were one of the beach chairs was broken and the ice maker didn't seem to make ice.

Perfect getaway!

The condo was just as listed and communication was excellent. Location was great. Great food and shopping was a short drive away. It was a short walk to the beach and the beach was so nice and never crowded. Hope we get to come back next summer!

Perfect View and Great Location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. Waking up every morning and having coffee while staring at the ocean was pure bliss. Loved the close location to the old town area as well. Lots of shopping and restaurants and history to explore. We really enjoyed the Amelia Island history museum. We would absolutely stay in this unit again. The hosts were very communicative, we had all the information we needed well ahead of our trip. We had one very minor maintenance issue that they resolved within one hour. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Best Beach Condo Ever

We loved everything about our condo. The highlights were the beach access, privacy, location, and comfortable furniture! It was like we had a private beach! Because of where the condo is located, we never had a crowd on the beach. The water was amazing, no shark sightings or jellyfish. We were close to everything we needed. The furniture was comfortable. Both the living room and the bedrooms. We will be back! We didn’t want to leave! I loved Amelia Island. Great restaurants, shopping, and not crowded!

☀️ Perfect Location and Views ☀️

This was our first trip to Amelia Island and definitely will not be our last. This condo was perfect location for what we wanted. It was right on the beach and very close to Fort Clinch which we visited each day for my 10 year to fish and to look for sharks teeth. The condo was exactly how it was described. Very clean, organized, and perfect for our small family of 4. My favorite part was sitting and looking out the big windows watching the sun rise and set. We will be booking with Destination Amelia again very soon. We give this place 5 stars!

Right on The Beach!

Could not get any closer to the beach! Condo was very clean and stocked with everything you could need. We did have an issue with the ice maker and they came the day we called to fix it and even brought us a bag of ice! The only recommendation I could make to improve this condo is to get new patio furniture. The chairs are uncomfortable and there is not a table if you want to eat outside and the furniture is too low and you have to see the ocean through the deck rails, All in all a great stay!

Beautiful view and clean

Good: The property has absolutely beautiful views, it is a short walk downstairs to the beach. The room was very clean and felt welcoming. They had beach chairs and towels available for use. The location is fabulous. It is in the middle of everything you would want to see. Bad: People in the condo next to us (212) smoke and we had a hard time sitting out on the porch or leaving the screen opened due to the smell of cigarette smoke. They are also doing construction on the house right behind the condo and we were woken up at 6:00am every morning due to the construction noise.

Great View!

I so enjoyed staring at the ocean every morning and taking a walk along the beach with my morning coffee. The location was excellent – not only for its beach proximity but also for just being a couple of miles away from the town with its wonderful shops and restaurants. It was also very close to Fort Clinch and the Park, Next time I will have to get a bike and ride around there! The unit itself had all of the practical things you would want for the beach and the kitchen had what we needed as well.
