Stay on the scene in this adorable 1940s duplex suite in Historic Riverside! Located next door to the King Street District, enjoy walking to the restaurants, bars, cafes, and shoppes nearby. Business professionals and/or medical interns will be pleased with the very close proximity to the downtown offices and several hospitals. Trip for pleasure? You’re covered as well! Anything you’d want or need is either a very short walk, bike, or drive away! We welcome you to be our guest and experience our neighborhood!

The home is located in an urban setting and extremely close to all of the action, so there’ll be some outside foot traffic of those coming/going from the bars, shoppes, and restaurants. However, by and large it’s generally very quiet. Historic Riverside-Avondale is one of the absolute most desirable and expensive areas Jacksonville has to offer, yet the popularity is still steadily increasing due to continued enhancements and development. We welcome you to our little corner of the neighborhood!

Listed in the National Registry of Historic Places, Riverside is one of Jacksonville’s oldest and coolest neighborhoods. Voted as one of the country’s top 10 Great Neighborhoods, Riverside & Avondale have a unique mix of history, culture, and modern design.

This is a hip part of town with a diverse population. Widely known as the most popular hot spot in the city, this coveted location continues to grow. This neighborhood has been credited as one of the most beautiful in America, with its oak-shaded streets and waterfront views of the St. Johns River. My husband and his best lifelong friend visited Jacksonville to see watch their Packers play the Jaguars. They raved about the house and the location to great places to eat. They had no issues with the lock code and said the house was very comfortable and clean. They had a slight issue figuring out the TV, but that was the only tiny hiccup.

This was just a long weekend for my older mom and I because she wanted to visit St Augustine and Savannah. Jacksonville made an easy mid way point, and Riverside made a great neighborhood to stay in. Riverside has good options for restaurants and night life without being a rowdy neighborhood. Everything is walkable too. As for the VRBO, it had everything we needed, 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, and easy parking. I like keeping things simple and this is exactly the way it was.

Not only was in convenient but, most important to us, it was immaculate. Christin thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable and responded to all our questions right away. She certainly provided a lot of "extra" things most places don't so, if we did forget to bring something, it was already in the home. We came to see our grandson who is at Jacksonville University and it was an easy commute as was the airport.

My wife and I recently stayed here in Riverside, and it was a fantastic experience! The property was clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable retreat. The location is a major plus—just a short walk to a variety of great restaurants and local shops. I loved being able to explore the area without needing a car. Overall, I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy Jacksonville!

This tastefully decorated home was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all necessary equipment to prepare meals and the bathroom had plenty of towels and even some extra toiletries. There were uplifting messages incorporated into the decor in lovely calligraphy. A bottle of wine and some chocolate awaited us upon check in. We took a walk in the neighborhood and it was quiet and interesting with many old homes being renovated. We would definitely recommend!

Was in town for work the location is in a wonderful neighborhood tucked away from busy areas but close to everything. The hosts are so very kind and very responsive and have excellent recommendations for the area. The home is comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen stocked with everything you need to prepare food instead dine out if thats what you prefer. I highly recommend staying her for your next Jacksonville trip!

This property is in a nice neighborhood. Very quiet, relaxing and close to a lot of shops and restaurants. The owners are super kind, we got in pretty late and they even accommodated a late check out. There are cute touches in the unit like an accent wall in the kitchen, living room and beautiful calligraphy on various items. They had pretty much everything you needed for your stay, even extra toiletry items in case you forgot yours. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the kitchen items. There is no dishwasher so guests have to wash their items once used. The biggest problem with that is everyone’s level of cleanliness isn’t the same. Everything we used we had to wash first. The pots were dirty, utensils were dirty, there are some cooking utensils that we didn’t even use that are dirty with old food on them. I had to get a toothbrush and clean out the water tank on the keurig machine due to mold and buildup in there. I don’t think this is the owner’s fault per say but I do think if you don’t plan on putting a dishwasher in the unit then the cleaners need to wash all kitchen items after each person’s stay. All in all we enjoyed our visit and would stay here again.

Very Clean, Great Property Managers, Accurate Description!!!! I am a neat freak. This home was extremely clean and we felt very safe and comfortable. This is an up-and-coming urban neighborhood and we had a small-town feel in JAX. We only stayed a couple of days for a cheer competition and we were able to experience many Jacksonville unique activities. We had absolutely nothing planned and the homeowners gave suggestions and had books with tons of ideas. We were pleasantly exhausted roaming the area. The house was filled with special touches and we appreciated all of them. I cannot say enough about our experience. If we head back to Jacksonville we plan to stay here again! Thank you Christin & Greg!!!!!!!!!!!

The property was nice cozy and clean. I loved the aesthetic of the home. Well stocked with everything you need for your stay. I liked the water pressure In the shower. We had 5 people 2 adults and 3 kids and it fit us perfectly for the weekend. I loved how the kitchen is decorated. The location was great. I was born and raised in Jax and I love that Riverside is better than what it used to be. I also loved the treat that was left by the host on the bed chocolate and wine such a cute little touch.
