It was everything that was advertised. Views of the ocean and sand dunes, beautiful. Everything worked wonderfully in the condo. Getting in touch with management was so easy and they were so responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

Loved it. Older property that’s remodeled. Right on the beach. This property is ground level but is about 30feet plus elevation giving a lovely view of the ocean and dunes Mattresses and appliances seemed pretty new. Management very quick to respond to our questions. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable furniture inside and out. Our first trip to Amelia island Really enjoyed and can’t wait to go back

Fantastic stay!

We had a great stay at the condo. It had a lot of extras that made it even better. Ocean toys, beach chairs, dimmable lights - you guys have really thought through the vacation experience! Thanks for a lovely week!

Family Spring Break

Place was great! Clean and as described. Unfortunately it was still a little chilly to fully enjoy the pool and beach, but the views were breathtaking. The dunes gives a more natural beach vibe. The turtles were out each morning to add to the relaxed nature of this location.

Great Stay!

• Beautiful ocean views of the sunrise • We weren’t sure we would like ground level but found it very pleasant with such wonderful views • Short walk to the beach on the boardwalk • Very few people • Patio is in the sun in the am and shaded in the pm • Lots of shade at the pool and also sun for those who want it • We had problems opening the gate when we arrived, but the owners were very responsive and there was a gate opener in the condo so we didn’t have to use the code after that initial entrance • Fun to watch the gopher tortoises walk by the patio

Great Fall Break Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the Sailmaker. The property is older but has been renovated. The location and proximity to the beach is wonderful! There was an issue with bedding upon arrival but the host responded and corrected the problem right away. Otherwise the condo was tidy and had all of the comforts of home.

Beautiful condo in super location!

The condo was beautifully decorated and very well appointed. It had everything we could have wanted. Despite it being on the lower level, the views were fantastic. The weather was cool but we still managed to go to the beach twice and there is so much to do in Fernandina .We went on the historical tour with Daniel. It was very enjoyable and Daniel couldn’t have been nicer or more knowledgeable.

Great property and perfect get away! Stacie and team did a phenomenal job communication, checking in and following up. The team also did find a charger I left behind. Process was easy, great location and unit that made for a memorable vacation. I'd rent it again in a heartbeat!

A little slice of Heaven!

We drove 1200 miles from New York State to rent this property for a week. Everything was just as pictured. All of the furniture and furnishings were very nice and the beds were comfortable . The beach area was close by and the view from the condo was spectacular..Only wished we could have stayed longer!
