Sweeping Views of Ocean and Marsh Await at 5th Floor Turtle Dunes!

With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this gorgeous, updated 5th-floor villa is in the ideal location on the south end of the Turtle Dunes building, located within the gated Amelia Island Plantation Resort. Enjoy beautiful ocean and marsh views from the large private balcony!

This wonderful retreat has been thoughtfully decorated and furnished with sophisticated comfort in mind. The attention to detail is obvious in this stunning villa! The remodeled kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The living area and two of the bedrooms offer ocean views and the third bedroom has marsh views. This is truly the perfect place to relax and enjoy a beach getaway.

The primary bedroom has a king bed and an attached full bath. The second bedroom has a king size bed and private full bath. Third bedroom has a queen size bed and full bathroom as well. All three bathrooms have been freshly renovated in the last couple of years. This three-bedroom villa can comfortably sleep six altogether.

The beach and pool are literally just a few steps from the Turtle Dunes building. The villa is stocked with everything you'll need for a wonderful stay, including starter supplies, luxurious bed linens, and beach towels. A stay in this gorgeous villa would be the perfect way to experience Amelia Island!

As part of this rental, a custom digital guidebook is provided with thorough property information and our local area guide sharing favorite restaurants, attractions, and more! Excitingly, our guests are also eligible to receive a 15% discount on beach gear rentals.

Nearby, our Destination Amelia team also manages units 1865 and 1866 Turtle Dunes (right next door!) and others like 1806, 1807, 1816, 1817, 1825, 1838, 1844, and 1848 for families wishing to vacation together.

*Please be advised that this property is not a rental through the actual Omni Amelia Island Resort and does not give you access to the Omni hotel pool, fitness center, shuttle service, or the resort's Racquet Park tennis center, which is limited to only club members and their guests for open play. However our guests can book lessons or clinics at Racquet Park and have full access to the courts at Turtle Dunes, and can fully enjoy the newly-renovated Sea Turtle Pool at the complex. We will gladly answer any questions about area activities and our amenities.

Great Beachfront Spot for Couples!

This property checked all our boxes for an amazing Labor Day weekend trip! We had 3 couples & 2 dogs and were extremely comfortable throughout our stay. The condo was well stocked with basics (spices, paper goods, etc), check in/check out was extremely easy, & the access to the beach & pool were amazing. Would definitely love to come back!

Best Location on Amelia Island

My in-laws used to live in Turtle Dunes and we would bring our young daughters down every August to visit. Now twenty years later I found this beautiful 3 bedroom condo and couldn't resist. We came with our adult children and their spouses and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The Plantation, now Omni Resort, is well-maintained and the condo was immaculate, well equipped, and comfortable for six adults.

Beautiful and clean!

Lovely waterfront unit with a relaxing outdoor space and great amenities. We used the community pool and also enjoyed the Omni spa for a massage. Nice restaurants nearby. Unit was very clean minus a few ants-to be expected in Florida. Quality linens and furnishings and tastefully decorated-we hope to return one day.

Wonderful stay!

We had 4 adults and a child this stay. We absolutely loved the condo! From the spacious living/dining room area to the fully stocked kitchen and amazing patio, this condo has it all! We will definitely be staying again :)

Annual family Christmas getaway

The location and condition of this property is great. Although we had quite a bit of rain during our stay, the views of both the beach and marsh from the condo were still great. The sunrises and sunsets from the deck/balcony were fantastic.

Amazing views -

We have stayed at many different properties in Amelia Island, and this is one of our favorite. This property is an end unit just one floor below the penthouse. There’s a very nice deck for watching the ocean. The layout of the condo is really open, and neatly furnished. We were definitely stay here again.

Plenty of room

We stayed with our adult children and spouses at this condo and it was perfect! It’s huge, with plenty of room for all of us. The large patio has beautiful views of ocean and marsh, and the walk to the beach was easy. We’d definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo-disappointing stay

The property itself was perfect! Great location, very well equipped, beautiful views. However, for 5 days of our stay the maintenance crews were working on the building and were constantly on a crane outside our windows and even on our patio and balcony. We literally had the bedroom blinds closed every day. It was very disappointing not to be able to enjoy the gorgeous views. Had the workmen not invaded our space this would be a 5 star rating. We plan to try this condo again if we can be assured that the maintenance situation will not reoccur.

Perfection!

Our annual girls’ beach weekend (#23) was one of our favorites! This condo has an amazing balcony, spacious bedrooms & well-equipped kitchen. We have traveled all over our state and the combination of beautiful beaches, great food, & shopping makes this area perfect for us. We’ll be back!
