  • Esta elegante casa de campo de 4 dormitorios y 3 baños se encuentra en un encantador vecindario de pintorescas casas de estilo nantucket. La cerca blanca, el patio perfectamente cuidado y el enrejado único crean un escenario perfecto. Dos mecedoras blancas de madera se sientan en el porche delantero junto a la puerta de color turquesa alegre.

    Al caminar dentro, encontrará una gran sala espaciosa que incluye una cocina, un comedor y una gran sala de estar. La cálida luz del sol que entra por las ventanas adyacentes combinada con la brillante y ventosa decoración de estilo costero crea un ambiente sereno y relajado. La sala de estar con azulejos cuenta con un sofá azul claro, un sofá de color beige y una cómoda silla de gran tamaño centrada alrededor de una alfombra geométrica y un centro de entretenimiento integrado.

    La paleta de colores neutros suaves continúa en la cocina totalmente equipada donde encontrará persianas de plantación, encimeras de Corian blancas y asientos de taburete de bar para dos. El comedor adyacente ofrece asientos para seis y puertas francesas dobles corredizas que se abren a la terraza cubierta. Disfrute de su café de la mañana mientras disfruta de la vista de la hermosa laguna y del campo de golf Long Point desde esta galería. El dormitorio principal con ropa de cama blanca, una cama tipo trineo y un baño completo contiguo también están convenientemente ubicados en el nivel principal.

    Al subir las escaleras, verá el primero de los tres dormitorios adicionales con hermosos pisos de madera noble. Great area, nice accommodations

I love visiting the Omni Amelia Island Plantation my parents used to have a home there. Little Dunes is a cute enclave of homes with a pool in the center. The house was spacious and accommodated 6 adults comfortably. Only real negatives were we had a stove top burner and a dish washer that did not work.

Great Location on Amelia Island

The house was beautifully decorated and large enough to accommodate our families. It’s a short walk to pool and beach and had all the amenities we wanted. Neither beach nor pool was overcrowded during the first week of June, and the weather was perfect. We were surprised to find cooking necessities in kitchen and stuff for the beach. They could use new non-stick skillets and there were a couple of shelves on the door inside the fridge that were broke so they could not hold much of anything without falling. The back porch was relaxing and at night the tree frogs were loud but cool to hear. The bedding in master bed and queen/full guest beds was nice; however the mattresses need replaced in our entire group’s opinion..sunken in and back hurt all week. We are used to a semi-firm mattress. The twin beds in kids rooms were okay though and one adult in the group had to sleep there. The trash pickup did not occur on days listed and we had to call upon arrival to have it removed as the bin was full and twice during our stay it didn’t show up as scheduled but the property manager was quick to respond. The AC unit upstairs wouldn’t cool under 74 and we think it needed Freon but the office was quick to send someone out to address the issue. Not sure it’s 100% resolved as it didn’t cool down more than that after the repair but it was our last night before checking out. The pool was perfect size for our group and felt very private as not many people. There were plenty of tables and chairs in shade but it really needed to be cleaned by Friday before we left. We recommend the Amelia Island River Cruise to watch the sunset; and Flounder Gigging Charters with Captain Mac. Some of the adults went and had a great time. We all caught flounder and blue crabs but this is not for kids. We went at 8:30pm and got back around 3:30-4am. Had to take a large cooler and keep fish on ice until taking them to the Atlantic Seafood market the next morning to be cleaned. Overall it was a great vacation spot and we would certainly visit the area again!

Wonderful location, great property overall

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We had 5 adults, 2 teenagers, and a two-year-old there for the week. There was plenty of space, the house was very clean and well kept. Short hop to the beach and the pool is practically across the street. We will definitely consider staying there in the future.

Baileys loved Little Dunes

We loved this property. There was plenty of space for our family of 8 and 2 pups. We cooked lots of meals in and used the charcoal grill a few times. The outdoor screened in porch was so enjoyable and the walk to the beach was not bad at all. The pool was not far either. The communication and attention to detail with Amelia Island Getaways was awesome! We hope to be back next year....thanks for a wonderful family vacation .

The property was in an excellent location, very comfortable and tastefully decorated.

The pool was close to the property, the inside of the house was very well maintained and clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and it offered a well equipped and spacious kitchen. The detached carport needed to be tidied up a bit as there were large floats and several beach chairs that were probably all left behind from previous renters. It was nice they offered the use of their three bicycles, and our adult children enjoyed biking around the neighborhood. There were wonderful walking trails around the property and the beautiful ocean was just a short walk away. The property manager was excellent and even called to make sure all was well with the property. We will definitely consider renting this home again when we visit Amelia Island.

anniversary weekend

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us while celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary with our family. The house was beautiful and sleeping arrangements perfect. The walk to the beach took about 5 minutes. We plan to return!

We have come to Amelia Island over 30 years. Never have stayed on the plantation. This was a fun place!

A Pleasure To Be Here

This home is in an ideal and beautiful location within the Amelia Island Plantation, only a short walk to the beach. Rental process was easy and local rental manager very responsive. The one upstairs bedroom was listed as having a queen sized bed but it was only 54 inches wide. The dish washer was difficult to start. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

Exceeded my expectations

This property was very roomy and well equipped. There was plenty of beach towels available for use which I believe wasn't listed. My family enjoyed riding the bikes around the community and being super close to the pool! The beds were very comfy and everything was clean. I'm hard to impress, but this property did.l just that. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful Vacation Home

The home is perfectly located in a quiet cul de sac and just across the street from the beach so we had the best of both worlds, quiet time and the beach. The home is beautiful with a wonderfully bright and open floor plan. We have been there twice and this is the only place we will stay in Amelia. Thank you for letting me tell everyone about the wonderful gem of a vacation home. Your family will love it.

Beauty and relaxation

I will definitely be returning to this destination. The house was incredibly relaxing, located steps away from the beach, and just a short drive from town. It's a perfect getaway for those interested in exploring nature and hopping on a bike, going for a nice long walk or sitting by the pool. It also speaks to those who want to try new restaurants, discover shops and art galleries and learn more about the history of the area. The house itself is clean, and well kept- perfect for any size group.

The perfect getaway!

As a first time visitor to Amelia Island, the island, neighbourhood and house exceeded my expectations! The house was extremely clean, comfortable and a great layout to allow our group to have some space. The common areas were inviting and perfect for dining in with our larger group. Great location for jumping on a bike to explore the area or stroll to the beach! I highly recommend it!
