Step into this treetop retreat tucked into Courtside Villas within the Amelia Island Plantation, a private, gated beach community! Up on the second floor, 2349/51 Courtside Villas has a treehouse effect with beautiful natural views of a magnificent Live Oak canopy.

Only an 8-minute walk to the beach and steps away from the closest complex pool, our newly-updated villa offers two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, and boasts cathedral ceilings with high fixed glass windows.

Newly furnished and tastefully decorated with coastal touches, 2349/51 Courtside Villas has a split floor plan with the two bedrooms on either end of the living area. The main suite includes a king-sized bed, balcony access and full bath. The lock-off suite has two queen beds, a full bath, private balcony access, and it's own coffeemaker, microwave, and mini fridge.

There are stairs required to reach the front door of the unit, however once inside the property is all one level.

For those travelers that like to stay active, there are six miles of walking trails within the gated AIP resort. Explore all the resort parks and playgrounds, or visit the restaurants, boutiques, nature center, mini golf, and spa services offered by the Omni Amelia Island Resort, located within the AIP. The 5-star Verandah Restaurant is a brief 3-minute walk away from the villa for couples desiring a nice, sit-down dinner close to home.

Golf is available at many award-winning courses on the island, including Oak Marsh on the resort. Guests can also venture to the Historic Downtown of Fernandina Beach, about 20 minutes north by car.

Bike or walk to the Atlantic Ocean, as it is only about 500 yards away! When back at the condo, enjoy the property's high-speed Wifi and the flat-screen TVs with streaming services. In addition to the plush furnishings, this property comes with new bed and bath linens.

Please be advised this private property is not a rental through the Omni Amelia Island Resort and does not give you access to "resort privileges or amenities” (i.e. the main Omni hotel pool, fitness center or shuttle service), and Racquet Park next door is limited only to club members and their guests, although tennis lessons may be scheduled. We will gladly answer any questions about area activities and our amenities!
