With two separate backyard spaces, guests can spread out and enjoy multiple heated pools, covered dining areas, and lounge zones. Play a round on the putting green, challenge friends to bocce, or simply unwind poolside—this setup creates a true resort-style experience with room for everyone.



💦 POOL HEATING | $35/DAY

Pool heating is available for an additional $35/day from September 15 – May 15, with at least 72 hours' advance notice. The pool is heated to a target temperature of 85°F; however, temperatures are not guaranteed when overnight lows fall below 55°F.

• Primary Suite - 1st level King bed with spa-like ensuite featuring dual vanity, custom finishes, walk-in shower, deep soaking tub, and a bright, airy layout.

• Bedroom 2 - 1st level King bed with use of 1st level hall bathroom with tub/shower combo

• Bedroom 3 - 2nd level King bed

• Bedroom 4 - 2nd level Queen bed

• Bedroom 5 - 2nd level Two queen beds

Bedrooms on 2nd level have use of a shared hall bathroom with tub/shower combo



Beach Bungalow:

• Primary Suite - King bed with private, spacious, ensuite bathroom featureing a double-sink vanity and a glass walk-in shower with designer tile

• Bedroom 2 - King bed

• Bedroom 3 - Queen bed

Bedrooms 2 & 3 have a shared hall bath with tub/shower combo

🐾 Dog friendly stay: We warmly welcome well-behaved canine companions (no cats). Jacksonville Beach is dog-friendly, with many restaurants offering outdoor seating and water bowls for your pup.

• Up to 3 dogs

• $150 per pet fee

• Dogs should be house-trained or kenneled when alone

• For the comfort and safety of all guests, aggressive or unsocialized dogs are not permitted



💦Pool Heating: Pool heating to 85° is available September 15 – May 15 with 72 hours’ notice, with a $35/day heating fee. Heaters may not reach the desired temperature if the lows fall below 55°.
