Bright 2-bed blks from the ocean | tranquil patio

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. 5 blocks from the ocean and central in Jacksonville Beach. Renovated and curated by a local designer. Easy and free parking along with a private backyard space perfect for a grilled dinner outside.

This space is equipped with two queen beds and has a pack and play, perfect for a family staying. With a comfortable living space and equipped kitchen, it is perfect for nights in and countless vacation memories.

The kitchen, living room, and dining room are all on the 1st level.

Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and many more.

Dining room has seating for 4 plus we will be adding an outdoor table and chairs.

Living room has smart TV, Netflix, and Amazon Prime.

There is a sliding glass door that provides access to the paver patio that has privacy custom fencing.

The 2 bedrooms are upstairs and equipped with queen memory foam mattresses, luxury linens and towels, sounds machines. Both bedrooms have TVs (The picture with the TV in the second bedroom will be updated soon).

The bathroom is upstairs along with the washer and dryer.

We are pet friendly.

Perfect place for a nice trip with my sister!

Such a cute place and communication with the host was amazing. We had a little difficulty checking in with the access code and messaged the host, they replied within 10 minutes and were super helpful and made sure we were able to check in and kept checking back to make sure everything was working for us. Great location, right by plenty of restaurants and close to the beach. Also really enjoyed all the public beach parking options so we drove the couple minutes to and from the beach! They also had chairs for the beach which we enjoyed!

Mayo Clinic Stay

My stay was for the many appointments I had at Mayo Clinic. We were just minutes away from the hospital and everything else we needed. The house was fully stocked and beautifully decorated. And most of all it was spotlessly clean. We ha no problems at all checking in and I’m sure I’ll use Nomad again when I go back.

Perfect stay

Great location, amenities were on point, and had a blast! The beach towels, chairs, and cart were great for a day at the beach. The kitchen setup was perfect, even has a grill. Enjoyed a great day fishing on the beach and came back to have fresh fish with them family watching a movie downstairs together. Perfect setup.

Clean, Accommodating, Great Location

The home was very nice. Small but just right for my small family. We were able to walk to the beach from the home. There were some welcoming snacks. Fresh flowers on the table. Location was great. Restaurants and shopping all near by. Overall great stay.
