    We have named our spacious townhouse Bella Vita (Good Life). It is located on Amelia Island and is convenient to everything you go on vacation for! It's just steps from the pool and a short three minute walk to the beach.

    This unit contains 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with king sized beds and 1 bedroom which has 2 sets of bunk beds), 2 1/2 baths, 2 car garage with extra parking spot in front, full kitchen, laundry room with large washing machine and dryer, spacious and comfortable dining area and living room, and patio. The Surf Restaurant & Bar is steps away also. You may decide to stay right here for the duration of your stay or if you decide to venture out, the quaint town of Fernandina Beach is an easy 10 minute drive down A1A.

    If you are the adventurous type, this Island paradise has something for everyone including, horseback riding, kayaking, jet ski rental, hiking, surfing, bicycling, wind surfing, charter fishing, surf fishing, challenging golf courses, or explore Cumberland Island, or many other state parks in the area.

    If you are that person who wants to relax then this is where you need to be. Amelia Island has miles of beautiful beaches to relax on. Easy access to the beach is just across the street from the front of Sea Castles at Beach Access #31. Swim, hunt for shells or sharks teeth, or just laze and take in the beauty of our island.

    When you get through with your full day of fun, discover the picturesque town of Fernandina Beach. There are lots of places to shop for souvenirs, have an ice cream from the Fudge Shop or watch another one of our beautiful sunsets at the Marina.

    When you get hungry, Amelia Island has no shortage of places to eat. Everything from fine dining to casual eateries can be found scattered downtown and throughout the island. And, since the island is not too large, everything is only minutes away.

    1 Dog under 40 lbs allowed. $150 nonrefundable pet fee and additional $25 pet cleaning fee.

    This is a Smoke Free vacation rental. No smoking is allowed inside.

    RENTAL AGREEMENT must be sign before check in date!

Accommodations were fine. Kitchen is well equipped. Crossing the street to the beach was a little scary but not the fault of the property. We had everything we needed for our vacation with our 2 small dogs.

Graduation Beach Trip with Friends

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious enough for 8 adults. Great location and close to the beach. We would recommend this townhouse to anyone looking for a place to stay close to the beach.

Sunny spring break with the family

We had a great time with our family on Amelia Island. This place worked out perfectly for the 8 of us (two families of 4). A quick walk to the beach and many great tourist spots within a 5-10min drive.

All needed info provided in advance. Unit was clean and comfortable. Kitchen well supplied, esp w/foil, plastic wrap, dish soap, etc. Great to have a garage. Right by the pool which gets good sun.

Ample space for many, yet, welcoming to few. Good location to beach and a nice walk in the neighborhood...including to Egans Creek to see the eagles' nest!

This was our second time staying at this property and it served as a great homebase for our final getaway before school started. The house met all of our needs and Angelia is a pleasure to communicate with.

Great property in a great location

The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a week stay. A very short walk to the beach and next door to surf restaurant that has a great vibe. Check in process was super easy. Highly recommend the house.

Month long getaway

Hosts were very attentive and responsive. Location is excellent with a two minute walk to beach. Couches are a bit saggy and uncomfortable, but other furniture is adequate. All in all, a nice dog friendly location for a stay on Amelia.

Perfect for Families

Between the bed bunks and two sets of king beds - the house was perfect for our family! Location was key and the house had pretty much everything you could need and more. Well def be coming back! Host was super sweet and extra accommodating.

Annual Boys' Beach and Fishing trip - 1st time at Amelia

Convenient location, plenty of room, kitchen well updated and well stocked. Surprisingly quiet for a condo and its location to the strip. The pool area has some opportunity, especially the outdoor shower needs to be working to keep pool clean of sand
