We stayed at Jaybird's Perch for Auburn Graduation this past weekend and it was perfect for our family. Close to Auburn and was able to accommodate our family of 4. Thanks for a great weekend.

We were a group of 5 in town for Auburn’s August graduation. The home is nicely appointed and very clean. The screened-in deck is wonderful - perfect for enjoying morning coffee and evening cocktails. Be aware the bunk bed is in the lower level family room, a large area with no blinds/curtains on the windows. Plan to put your early risers on the bunk bed because their day starts at dawn! Also, bring your own gear to enjoy the lake - no inner tubes, rafts, noodles or towels are accessible to guests, (although the neighbor kindly allowed us to use a paddle board). Bottom line - this is a great home for enjoying stunning views and relaxing. If you plan to jump in the lake - come prepared.

This property was very relaxing and peaceful. It was very quiet and nice for swimming and relaxing on the dock.
