"The unit was in a fantastic location for access to all of downtown Jackson. The rooms were a bit dated but fine for our stay. Some repair issues were noted to management. Inoperable ceiling fan in one room, air conditioning only in main room not bedrooms and did not function well. Screens missing or torn in some windows. En-suite bathroom for one room, the other room had bathroom access across the unit next to the front door. At least one outlet for plugs in bedroom was not functioning. We did...

"I arrived early to park and happened to speak with a member of the host's team. He was very helpful and welcoming. The unit was spotless and provided everything we needed. The one maintenance issue was with the refrigerator, which worked fine but was so noisy that we turned it off overnight. Probably this is fixed by now. In the second bedroom I observed that many of the electrical outlets didn't work; I suspect this has more to do with changes in switches rather than any faults. I was very...
