The Space:

Bright, modern and warm, this very spacious single-level Handleys Farm holiday home is furnished for comfort and style. Large windows bring in abundant natural light to the open-plan living space, where a fully equipped kitchen is perfectly laid out so no one is left out of the conversation.



The ducted air conditioning ensures you are cozy on a winter getaway, and the complimentary WIFI and Smart TV offer a range of viewing options. Shotover Country Retreat offers all the essentials and more to ensure a fabulous stay.



There are three bedrooms and a very spacious living area.



Two bedrooms have split super king beds that can be configured as two single beds if required.



Guest Access:

Guests are welcome to park off-street in front of the garage doors. A front door has a digital door lock.

You will be situated amongst other lovely new homes on a quiet street in a family neighbourhood.



Getting Around:

Remarkable Cross Road Retreat offers a central base conveniently situated between the Remarkables Ski Fields and the Jacks Point Resort Golf Course.



You're also only a 3-minute drive from the Jacks Point golf course and a network of cycleways and walking trails that lead to Kelvin Heights and into Queenstown.



For adventures further afield, the Shotover Country Retreat is a 9-minute drive from Queenstown Airport, and downtown Queenstown is just 20 20-minute drive away.



Other Things to Note:

This modern, comfortable house can be easily modified to suit different sleeping arrangements, with two super king beds that can be configured as singles.



This house has two bathrooms, one is dedicated to the master bedroom which also has a walk-in wardrobe. It also includes a spa bath and a separate laundry with a washing machine and dryer.



The double garage is reserved for the owner's use, and the rear flat has its own private entrance and is rented.



Please note that our cleaning fees include a full set of fresh linen, including sheets, pillow cases and towels. Additional cleaning and linen can be ordered for more extended stays.
