So disappointed. We arrived at 5, and were taken to our rooms, but given no information about directions, how to get to the pool, restaurants, etc. Activity reservations and dinner restaurants both closed at 5, and all activity had to be reserved the day before, so despite spending two nights at the resort, we were unable to do any activities. The pool closes at 6, so the first day we had just gotten in and were told to get out because they were closing.
There were roaches in our room- several including in the kitchen and bedroom, all alive (except the one that eat in the refrigerator). When we asked to change rooms, it took nearly half an hour, which was frustrating because we were exhausted and wanted to go to bed.
The staff was all nice, but no directing at all as to what restaurants were open at what time, other things to do, etc. When the pool closed I asked what there was to do besides sit in our room and the staff said "nothing, really. "
Roaches, none of the promised activities, and am overall awful experience. The staff was really nice, though.
