The villa, perfectly integrated into the Mediterranean landscape, features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. One master bedroom, one twin bedroom, and one quadruple bedroom with two bunk beds offer comfortable and bright spaces, all with direct access to the large panoramic terrace. In the center, a majestic juniper tree provides natural shade and character to the patio, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea.

The home is rounded out by a fully equipped kitchen, a small sitting area, an en-suite bathroom, and a second bathroom separate from the bedrooms. Outside, a shower surrounded by aromatic plants and a fenced-in garden invite you to enjoy the pleasures of outdoor living. A washing machine is also available in a small outbuilding nearby.

The beach, the central square, and the small marina—the arrival and departure point for ferries—are just a few minutes’ walk away. In the square, there’s also a bar-pizzeria with a small grocery shop.

Giannutri is a timeless island: explore it on foot along trails scented with myrtle and juniper, unspoiled coves, and panoramic views of the turquoise sea. Don’t miss the Roman Villa of the Domitii Enobarbi, with its archaeological ruins overlooking the bay, and the emerald waters of Cala Maestra, where you can swim among colorful fish.
