Guests access Heaven on Earth through garage, up the interior staircase and through a door into the kitchen. Once you enter the door, you will find the home's kitchen (including expansive pantry), dining room, living room, office, screened porch, half bathroom, lower level primary suite and a staircase to the home's upper level. On the second floor, you will find the upper primary suite, the queen suite, the guest bedroom, the laundry room, hallway bathroom, den and bunk bedroom.



Pool and hot tub are serviced weekly by a pool service company. They are NOT serviced on every arrival day. Storms and prior guests may mean it is not in pristine condition.



Elevator not available for guest use at any time. Guests of the home will need to navigate at least two different sets of stairs -- one set of stairs from the garage level to the first floor of the house and one set of stairs from the first floor to the second floor of the house.

NO PETS; NO SMOKING. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. Tenant must be 25 years old. You must be a good neighbor and comply with Isle of Palms ordinances throughout your stay. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy or make noise inside or outside the home at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability.

All reservations subject to CLEAR ID security checks, completion of guest and car registration information and confirmation of understanding of all noise, parking and trash ordinances.



Please keep A/C temperature above 70F for optimal comfort. It is recommended to set it at 72F. Remember to keep doors and windows closed to maintain a cool home and keep bugs out. Fridges may take 24 hrs to cool when loaded after cleaning.

Isle of Palms will be conducting beach replenishment from July through November 2026. We apologize for the inconvenience. This may impact beach access points but the beach will be accessible throughout. Only active construction areas will be roped off. There will be construction traffic and noise in the immediate area of any work site. Check the City site for more details.
