  • Disfruta de toda la diversión de Ocean Point en Wild Dunes Resort en esta casa privada actualizada de 4 dormitorios y 4 baños. Las vistas del Atlántico se pueden encontrar en el gran porche cubierto y en la cubierta del dormitorio principal. Disfrute del complejo de piscinas grandes de la comunidad privada cerrada con jacuzzi. Acceso a la playa a pocos pasos.

    32 Ocean Point es una casa bien equipada con ricos pisos de roble y una decoración costera. El primer piso ofrece una gran sala de estar con cómodos asientos y áreas de comedor. Un gran televisor se encuentra por encima de la chimenea. Se accede al porche cubierto desde la sala de estar con asientos al aire libre y una mesa de comedor para las cenas de fines de verano. Un amplio dormitorio de matrimonio se encuentra fuera de la zona de la cocina con un baño en suite. Le encantará la cocina surtida con estufa a gas, mostradores de granito y microondas empotrado.

    El segundo piso cuenta con dos habitaciones y la suite principal con vista al mar. La habitación de huéspedes tiene una cama queen y baño completo en suite. El segundo dormitorio es perfecto para los niños con dos camas individuales y baño completo. Relájese en la suite principal abierta con cama con dosel con increíbles vistas del Océano Atlántico. El baño principal cuenta con una bañera de hidromasaje y ducha con azulejos separados. Sumérjase en las vistas desde la cubierta principal que domina el complejo de piscinas de Ocean Point, el Océano Atlántico y el campo de enlaces.

    El acceso al complejo de piscinas privadas Ocean Point se encuentra justo en la puerta trasera. ¡Puedes ver a los niños nadar desde el porche cubierto! El acceso a la playa se encuentra a pocos minutos caminando por la calle y está ubicado en una parte aislada del complejo. La casa ofrece servicios de wifi y televisión por cable.

    No se admiten animales. Estricta política de no fumar en su lugar. La casa se alquila de sábado a sábado desde el Día de los Caídos hasta el Día del Trabajo con una estancia mínima de 7 noches en algunos días festivos. Beautiful home, very clean. Location within the resort and beach location is excellent. There is a 10 minute walk to get to the beach, but the unique beach location at the end of the island is fantastic. Outdoor grilling area is great, as is the screened in porch for eating and playing family games. Customer service was excellent.

Railing from 2nd floor to 1s t floor was loose and unsafe to use. We could not access top deck due to door being permanently locked. House was clean with sufficient kitchen utensils. Nice pool with easy access.

Great family vacation! Location was fantastic for pool and nice walk to beach! Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and plates. We had 6 adults and 2 children. Lots of stairs. We had toddlers so we brought a gate.

Truly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful house, very spacious, perfect view of pool & ocean, kitchen was well stocked for nice dinners in & very quiet neighborhood. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The property was wonderful. We had a maintenance issue on Christmas Eve and it was fixed promptly. It was December so we did’t use the pool, but the beach was vey quiet. We’ve stayed in many VRBO properties and this one had the best stocked kitchen of them all.

5 60+ friends on golf trip. Great facility--great golf with in 25 minutes.

Fairly advertised, well kept property. Located close to ocean, lots of golf choices.

If you are looking to rent in IOP, definitely would recommend this place ! Came for a girls weekend. It was clean, spacious, great porch, close to the ocean, and pool was right there! Will come back!

Family Vacation

Excellent location- the beach was a simple 5-7 minute walk from the home. A very secluded part of the beach; pool was literally the backyard. We were able to spend our mornings sightseeing and afternoons at the beach without giving any thought of parking/packing to prepare for the beach. Lovely, quiet neighborhood.

Location on Isle of Palms was excellent. During our stay, the beach was not busy at all which was wonderful. Walk to beach was approx 10 mins. Pool location was great, but weather was too cold to use it. The home was as advertised and was very accommodating. The kitchen had everything one could need and had nice cookware. In general the property felt a little neglected and could use a solid deep clean. Bathrooms and bedding were clean, though. Master bath could use an update. Shower is small and barely holds basic toiletries. Nice place, though, all-in-all.

Mothers Day get together

Perfect centralized location for all my adult children to meet up. The house had a wonderful kitchen for my foodie kids to make dinner. The beds were comfortable, (except for the twin beds)and the rooms were quiet. Great location for the pool and a decent walk to the beach via the dune protector walkway. Flat beach for playing games . Beautiful view of the water and dunes!

Wonderful Week!

My adult kids, their SOs and I spent a week and had a wonderful stay! The layout and location of the house was ideal for our needs. The only detractor was that the pool was unusable during our stay due to a bacteria or toxin. We were told the day prior to check in and given an appropriate refund. The property management company handled it well and we enjoyed our week. We are hoping to stay again next summer!

Isle of Palms - Gated Wild Dunes House

This home has a lot of space and could accommodate more than the six family members we had. This home had the pool right outside your door, which was great however, the walk to the beach is a good 10-12 minutes. This home is in need of some updates especially all bathroom tub and shower faucets (mold within faucet handles). Trim paint in downstairs bedroom was peeling off. All in all, we still had a great time!

Good beach house

Overall we had a great stay. We were greeted with great fresh flowers. It was listed that we would’ve had pool and spa access but it was not open while we were there in January. We had access to a grill but there was not enough propane to cook with. The master bedroom TV was not functional for us. It is located in a beautiful gated community but it was about a 10 minute walk to the water because there are gates blocking direct access. We were asked to leave clean dishes once we left but were only given one packet of dishwasher detergent, so we had to buy more in order to have clean dishes when we left. The home was large enough to host many people comfortably!

2024 Fall Break

3 generation family. Property clean, neat, as described. Could update main floor bath. Lighting a touch dim in kitchen and dining room. seniors stayed on main floor, kids and grand kids on 2nd floor. Lots of puzzles and games. Lots of towels and linens. Pool gorgeous, but health department had closed hot tub. We were looking forward to that, after sight seeing and hiking days. Could use a little better directions to beach access. After next door neighbor explained, it was easy. Carolina One, the managers, were great. Not enough hangers for 6 people. Someone delivered a package of brand new ones in 15 minutes. If going back to airport on checkout, try Bro Biscuit. Only 10 minutes from airport. We did Sea Biscuit on the Island one morning. Just don't try Sea Biscuit or Acme LowCountry on weekends. All 3 had great service and goooood biscuits.
