  • ¡Bienvenido a 8 en 53rd Avenue! Este es el hogar perfecto para familias activas. Esta casa tiene cinco habitaciones y tres baños y medio. ¡Está convenientemente ubicado a 1 cuadra de la playa en un lote de esquina e incluye tarjeta de acceso a servicios para piscinas, gimnasio y otras actividades en Wild Dunes Resort! Nuevo en el mercado de alquiler, ofrece mucho espacio y numerosas características especiales para unas vacaciones ideales.

    El nivel principal, o primer piso, está bellamente decorado y ofrece un espacio abierto y luminoso para recibir invitados. El salón cuenta con cómodos asientos con un televisor de pantalla plana de 60 ''. La mesa del comedor tiene capacidad para 8. Las áreas de sala y comedor están respaldadas por ventanas de piso a techo que se extienden a lo largo del exterior de la casa y proporcionan mucha luz natural y un fácil acceso a la gran terraza abierta. Recientemente remodelada, la cocina cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito y salpicaduras de azulejos blancos.

    Además, ubicado en el primer piso, justo al lado de la sala de estar, se encuentra el dormitorio principal, que está amueblado con una cama king, TV y baño privado. El baño principal tiene una ducha de pie, así como una bañera de hidromasaje. Una acogedora sala de estar se conecta con el dormitorio principal y proporciona un espacio agradable para jugar o dormir en el sofá desplegable.

    Los cuatro dormitorios y dos baños restantes se encuentran arriba. El primer dormitorio a la izquierda tiene una cama king y TV de pantalla plana. Esta habitación comparte un baño con el tercer dormitorio, que también cuenta con una cama king y TV. En el extremo opuesto del pasillo está la cuarta habitación con una cama king size y TV. Esta habitación comparte un baño con el quinto dormitorio, que tiene una cama queen y una litera con gemelos. El tercer dormitorio y el quinto dormitorio tienen acceso al balcón.

    La casa tiene cubiertas de varios niveles en el lado del océano de la casa. Disfrute de una copa de vino en el porche o disfrute de las vistas al mar y del sol en la terraza de la azotea. Esta casa viene con acceso al garaje. También hay un carrito de golf para usar durante su estadía (se aplica una tarifa de uso / mantenimiento de $ 100).

    Se aceptan mascotas durante los meses de octubre a marzo (solo fuera de temporada). Dos perros como máximo; solo razas no agresivas; Cuota de limpieza se aplica.


    ACCESO A LA TARJETA DEPORTIVA: Ubicado directamente frente al Wild Dunes Resort, tendrá acceso a sus comodidades. Con esta casa viene con acceso a 4 piscinas comunitarias y gimnasio del complejo. Ofrece una multitud de actividades familiares, como andar en bicicleta por los senderos para bicicletas en todo el complejo, senderos para trotar, peinar en la playa y golf.

Wonderful Beach Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It is located on a quiet street just a short walk to the beach. The beach in that area was relatively un-crowded with plenty of space to enjoy the sand and warm water. The home is very clean and well-maintained and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Family Birthday Celebration

This house was perfect for our family vacation. With 3 adult couples and 3 young children, having multiple king bedrooms and one with bunks and a queen was ideal. The kitchen and living spaces were well equipped and comfy, and the porches were great for lunch, dinner and evening chats. Being so close to the beach access was also great with the kids. We look forward to next year!

The arrival information was great and check-in process was super simple. We appreciated that after a a long drive! The house worked great for our group of friends. The outdoor gathering spaces were fantastic. The living room and kitchen was spacious and comfortable. We plan to return!

Isle of Palms Stay

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and comfortable. Property manager was easy to work with. Shout out to Ryan who went out of his way to respond when we had some questions. Location was quiet and right by the beach. The house had everything you might need.

Great house by the beach

We stayed with another family, and it was the perfect house for us. Lots of board games and a short walk to the beach. The outdoor shower in the garage was great for washing off sand before entering the house. The kids are already asking when we can go back!

Wonderful home with great spaces. LOVED the screened in porch and all the decks. Was also nice to have the garage space. Would love to see a drying line in the garage for towels and suits.

Excellent experience with both the home and property management. Beautiful and well located, we were able to fully enjoy a nearly private beach just a short stroll from the house. Home was clean and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped and garage space for 2 vehicles. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Very nice arrangement with master on primary floor. Lovely neighborhood. Walkable and safe. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic Vacation

I recently spent 9 days in Isle of Palms with my husband and 4 boys (ages 14-27) and had a marvelous vacation. The house was "as advertised." The house was clean, the beds comfy, the kitchen well-equipped and the outdoor living spaces inviting. The location was terrific as the beach was just a short walk away and grocery store, restaurants, airport and Charleston were easily accessible. There was plenty of space for us all to spread out and lovely common areas to enjoy or time together. We would definitely consider staying again should we return to Isle of Palms.

Wonderful getaway at this perfect family house near the beach

My family and I had a fabulous three weeks day at this wonderful family house. The set up was perfect for us. The house is very well equipped. Very comfortable beds. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook family meals which we did almost every night. The property manager was excellent. I’ve stayed in many rental properties and this company is the best by far! A shout out to Ryan for all his wonderful help when I needed it which wasn’t very often, but he was there immediately if I had a question. We will plan to come back!

Perfect location, beautiful home, puppy friendly

The location of this home and proximity of the beach was perfect. The inside was just like the listing and the pictures. Everything you need for a family dinner is stocked in the kitchen. There is a drip coffee maker, which also had a first pot of coffee prepped.the only tiny thing Id day is the drink fridge needed a better cleaning and the master bedroom shower curtain should be changed. In a gorgeous home the shower curtain doesn’t do it justice. By the way the beds were SO comfortable. Best home we have rented in 10yrs in IOP maybe.

Perfect house for the right group

This house is perfect for middle aged and older adults looking for a quiet relaxing vacation. For kids aged 5 and 8 with some physical challenges not so much. If you want an ocean view with your morning coffee this is not it. That said the house is comfortable, clean, well provisioned and equipped. It's very convenient to the beach. The street dead ends at beach access with no cross traffic. We went in April and the weather was cool and rainy much of the week. There are many steps in the house. But for middle-aged and older physically fit adults this is a great house.

Fantastic stay

The property was just right for our family with kids and teenagers. Short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the golf cart as well. Great view from roof. The cushions on the roof have rips but was comfortable. We got some great family pictures from the roof. The batteries in the remote had to be replaced and within a couple of hours they were delivered by the property management. Only complaint was the internet was not working a couple of days. For the most part that was a good thing except one of us was trying to do some work. We had a wonderful week and will consider renting this house next summer.

Perfect Thanksgiving week!!

We rented this wonderful house and came with our daughter and her husband. It was much more space than we needed, but we had two other sets of family friends staying nearby, and we wanted a large space to have them over for meals and visiting time. We brought our big steamer pot and burner and had an oyster roast in the drive way. There was plenty of space and a hose for clean up afterwards. We absolutely loved the house!! It was so comfortable and the kitchen was great for cooking, and it was easy to clean up after meals with 12 of us. The dining table was perfect for games, too! We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces. Even though it was chilly we bundled up and spent time on the rooftop deck as well as the 2nd floor deck. It was a wonderful week, and we can’t wait to come back!! Being close to the beach was a big bonus, too!!

One, and only problem.

When arrived, pet hair was all over main level, bathrooms were not cleaned, shower curtains were dirty and moldy. Called and two ladies came and cleaned extremely well next AM. Also, replaced shower curtains. Was concerned with pet hair because one member, who has serious lung condition, is acutely allergic to dog hair. Apparently, homeowner did not adhere to "pet free" rule!

Great House

This house was perfect for our family. We had 6 adults and three kids ages 4-15. It was very comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. Very close to the beach with awesome views of sunrises/sunsets on third floor porch. The only complaint was that the house was not very well cleaned upon check-in. Also, the mattresses were older and very noisy. The property manager, Ryan, was awesome!!! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Outdoor Space!

My friend and her daughters and our two dogs and I had a great week - even with Elsa blowing through! The screened in porch was a favorite spot, as was the rooftop deck and the second floor deck. Easy access to the beach and close to the grocery store for quick runs. It was a great week and we all had a great time! (Only negative was the house was not as clean as we would have expected. Understanding that there is a lot of turnovers on Saturday, the property management company needs to address this so properties are thoroughly cleaned, particularly now.)

Great house and location!

We stayed here for a family vacation. Pics and description are very accurate. Beach access is 3-4 houses away and having access to Wild Dunes amenities was a plus. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect for our family get away

This was a great property for our trip! We had 5 couples and truly had plenty of room. Loved all the outdoor living spaces. Quick walk to the beach! Worked so well for our needs. Quick and responsive to any questions and concerns.
