Pet Friendly IOP Beach House Private Pool and Golf Cart!!!

1020 Carolina Blvd. is the perfect property for the entire family's trip to Isle of Palms! This four bedroom, four bath home is centrally located in downtown Isle of Palms steps away from Front Beach, restaurants and shops. A golf cart (for anyone over age of 12) is included with the stay, so you can ride to the grocery store a mere block away, restaurants or explore around IOP! The rooftop deck offers an ocean view where you can have morning coffee watching the sunrise, dine al fresco or enjoy an evening cocktail. During your vacation you may be lucky enough to enjoy the sounds of an evening outdoor concert at the famous Windjammer or Dinghy! The home has all the details covered for your family vacation, pet friendly for the furry family member, golf cart and of course the private pool for evening swim after a fun beach day.

PLEASE NOTE: GOLF CART IS NOT LEGALLY PERMITTED FOR USE OF INDIVIDUALS UNDER AGE 12.

Property offers freshly laundered duvet covers for every bed.

Pet Fee: $250; Maximum 2 dogs allowed with a non-refundable pet fee.

Please note the pool can be heated for a fee with 48 hour notice.

Pool Heating Fee: $50 (2-3 nights) or $150 (4-7 nights).

MAXIMUM 4 VEHICLES PERMITTED. THIS IS ENFORCED PER IOP REGULATIONS!

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 10. THIS IS ENFORCED PER IOP REGULATIONS.

NO PARTIES PERMITTED OF ANY KIND. NOISE ORDINANCE STRICTLY ENFORCED. NO BACHELOR OR BACHELORETTE PARTIES PERMITTED. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.

From Memorial Day to Labor Day there are 7-night minimum stays, Saturday check-in and outs.

Bed and bath linens are provided, as well as a starter kit for the first day which includes toiletries (shampoo, body wash and soap), dish soap, dishwasher tabs, a sponge, toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent from IOP Beach Chair company.

The reservation/administration fee is nonrefundable. We do not give refunds for weather related trip interruptions this includes hurricanes please ask about insurance to cover such events. (MUST BE AT LEAST 26 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT NO EXCEPTIONS).

The pet areas were very accommodating. The rooms were very clean. The pool was very small and was next to a parking lot and next to a restaurant that had a certain level of noise and workers. The golf cart was a good addition to the stay and made it easy to get to the beach. We liked how close it was to grocery stores. Beach access was fairly good but not as plenty as we anticipated street parking was unavailable so that made it a little bit difficult for transporting back and forth to the beach. Therefore the golf cart was necessary. There was also noise from nearby restaurants that sounded more like party time. That was fine but also the presence of police did make it feel safe. Restaurants nearby were very pricey and so we traveled the distance to get to the kind of restaurant desired. But we loved the spacious rooms and configuration of the townhouse. It was well supplied with normal utensils and dishes. Washer and dryer was convenient. And there were televisions in every room. It was all in all very enjoyable for the whole family. Would consider returning.

Great house in a great location

We had the chance to once again stay in this beautiful beach house perfectly situated 2 blocks from the beach in Isle of Palms. It has a great layout including the rooftop patio giving you a view of the water and letting you enjoy the breeze in the evening. The pool comes in quite handy to cool off in the afternoon if you don't want to spend all day at the beach. The house had a small issue with the air conditioning during our stay, but the property management team was quick and responsive and refunded us a portion of our stay for allowing them to be quickly on site to repair it. First class operation all the way. Would highly recommend this house for a perfect beach getaway outside Charleston.

Amazing Stay

Absolutely the cleanest property I have ever rented!!! The property is exactly as described, walking distance to the beautiful beach and town. Communication with property management upon and after check out was Amazing. Would definitely rent this property again as my only complaint was we wish we had more time at the house. Perfect Location, Great House.

This home is located just a short walk to both the beach and restaurants/bars. Communication with the host was awesome and they were quick to respond when we had questions or made requests. The house is very clean, with comfortable furniture and beds. Just a really great place to stay on Isle of Palms.

Family Vacation.

We had a great stay. Place was clean, and came with just about anything you needed. Location was great, short walk to the beach. Having the golf cart was awesome. When we arrived it was right after a hurricane came through. Pool had some debris from the storm, when we emailed the had some out the next morning. Would highly recommend and would for sure stay again.

IOP Summer 2022

Our first visit to IOP did not disappoint! The house was great, clean and extremely well equipped. Golf cart was clutch, providing an easy and quick way to transport our beach gear to the beach. As a point of advisement, the house does have quite a few steps, but are manageable.

Perfect Location

We have been coming to Isle of Palms for over 20 years and have stayed in a variety of wonderful homes. The beach, stores, restaurants, a grocery store, and entertainment are all within walking distance of this home. If you are looking to be where everything is “happening” then this is the place for you.

Family friendly in IOP

This was a perfect rental for a family staying in IOP. The property has ample space and the 4 bedrooms allow everyone their own personal space. The location is fantastic, just a few minute walk to the main IOP strip of restaurants, bars and shops, and walkable to the beach. The golf cart included w the rental is an amazing perk (we used it every day). We would absolutely stay here again.

Great property!

We really enjoyed our stay. Clean, dog friendly, and excellent location. A couple of good restaurants located directly behind the property. The golf cart made it easy to get beach toys, umbrellas, and grandparents to the beach. Well stocked kitchen for cooking meals in. About 20 mins from downtown Charleston allowed us to do the beach, and all the Charleston vacation musts.

Pet and children friendly IOP Beach House

We had six adults and one child with us on the trip and found the house was exactly as advertised. It was super clean, everything worked and the location was perfect for our needs. Hugh and Krista were very responsive and we had a fantastic time overall. Thank you and we hope to visit again in the future.

Respite on IOP

Our first impression of the home was that it was impeccably clean. From top to bottom, the house was spotless. The house was a perfect fit for our family's stay on IOP. The pool is small, but it provided a place for our children (ages 11 and 8) to have some fun away from the beach. Mom and dad made full use of the rooftop deck in the evenings while enjoying some adult libations. We thoroughly enjoyed using the kitchen space, which was well-appointed with appliances (wine fridge always a plus), glassware, plates and bowls, and utensils. The bedrooms are cozy and comfortable--I definitely got some much-needed rest. We would definitely stay again. Cheers!

Cute house, functional, sweet pool.

I’m not sure why there is a restriction on using the golf cart at night. There are lights on it and the restriction made it useless - other family had a large house on the beach & we planned on using it for transport between houses.
