• This rental is located on the second floor
• 3-night minimum stay year-round

**Important Notice: Starting mid-February 2025 through approximately January 2026, major construction will be taking place at the neighboring complex, Ocean Club Building 1, with work scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. This may result in significant daytime noise. Please keep this in mind when booking, as Island Realty may not have specific details or updates on the project's schedule.**

Great summer beach get a way....

Stay was perfect. Condo exactly as depicted in a great location. Island Realty was great to deal with from check in to check out. Don't know how it could have been better !
