Do not rent from anything that says Casago in IOP area. No AC for the entire 6 night stay. They knew the AC was bad, the breaker was turned off in the electrical panel. Day 4 they sent an estimator out because they couldn't repair the unit. Pictures of the unit showed it was a rusted shell. The communication with the property manager was useless. They didn't reach out to me to provide ANY updates, I had to call them. The text app they use asked me if i felt comfortable resetting the breaker. Then open the windows, NO screens in the windows. All of this was explained to them and it felt as if they didn't care. They had our money and that was good enough for them. Again, we paid full price for what was listed, the listing states that it has AC. No lights outside the front door in order to see the keypad at night to enter the TEN digit code to enter the room. Avoid this unit and Casago until they fix the flaws. I have plenty of pictures to share but you can't here. The pictures on the listing are old, the bed is pathetic, the pillows are bricks. This was our 5th Spring Break in a row at IOP and this trip was terrible for the money. Sea Cabins is old, very old. We knew that because we stayed there last year, but many of the units have been remodeled and updated. Unfortunately it was smoke and mirrors on this unit. We specifically looked for the 3rd floor for the view, and the view is spectacular, but it was hard to enjoy with all the other nonsense going on.
