Welcome to Seaside Paradise at 303H Tidewater Villas! Located withing the gates community of Wild Dunes on the Isle of Palms. There are stunning views of the ocean from the front door right out to the large screened porch. Porch is accessible from the foyer, master suite, and living room. And, enjoy a golf course view from the kitchen table. This beautiful villa is comfortably elegant with designer furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans. Tidewater Villas provides easy access to the beach, a large community pool, and a gas grill is available for use on the pool deck.

Both bedrooms offer king beds, private baths, and closet space. There is also a second floor loft great for the kids with a TV, DVD, and features two five-position flip chairs that fold out to two XL Twins for sleeping. The sundeck off the loft has breathtaking ocean views and is an ideal spot to unwind, watch the waves dance, and star-gaze.

Included with your stay is linens, towels per occupancy. A starter kit of paper products, detergent, and bath soaps. Dining table seating 6 guests. Washer and Dryer. Two parking passes. Community elevator or stairs available.

PLEASE NOTE: Pool is closed generally from September 30th - April 1st. Third Floor unit. Rooftop only accessible from spiral stairs. Pets are strictly not allowed. No smoking. MUST be 25 years or older to rent.

High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is nonintegral to the agreement. No refund of rentals shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal references with regard to Internet service.

I stay in Wild Dunes yearly and sometimes several times a year. This is my first time at this property and I found it to be exceptional. The kitchen was one of the more organized ones with everything you could need! I feel like the property owners have gone above and beyond to make this place a perfect destination. I will stay here again.

Lovely property

Have to start with of all the many many vacation rentals and perhaps also most hotels - it was the most clean tidy and organized place we’ve seen. Loved the view. Favorite was the screened porch. We sat out for hours playing games reading eating. We never even turned on any tv. Just loved to hear the ocean. Loved the roof deck Overall quiet. There are signs everywhere about being respectful It’s was but smaller than we thought from pics but still lovely and good use of space. We wanted to have my mom and sis come but felt it was a little tight so they just came for games and beach walks. Really nice comfy bed. AC worked great. Felt very safe. Easy check in. Well stocked kitchen Small negative is washer and dryer were headaches. Never could get the dryer to stay on and we tried literally every setting. Perhaps it would help to have an instruction note but I’m guessing it was just something we were doing wrong. Not a big deal. There were also no beach towels provided Not a big deal for us since we had family near but we have stayed in about 20 VRBO in Hawaii Florida CA on the beach and I can’t imagine not having beach towels Biggest disappointment was we were fully expecting to use the pool but it was closed. We would have used it every day but couldn’t. Communication was great and we got made up for it and much appreciated. Also we could have enjoyed shopping or dining on the resort but it seemed impossible. Left little options for food. We just ran back to town.

Clean and comfortable place, excellent location, well stocked, and quiet! Perfect for a morning workout on the trail, day at the beach, followed by a pool swim, then shower, get dressed and out for dinner.

Vacation

It was a very nice unit. But it needs something. 1. Better toilet paper. 2. Kleenexes 3. Beach towels. And the second toilet handle needs to be fixed. Was off when got there, also the batteries to the remotes were died and the up stairs storm detector was going off. We did lose power for approximately five hours. But over all it was good .

Beach Getaway

The condo was very well appointed and in working order. We especially appreciated the rooftop with such a wonderful view - great place for your morning coffee. Wlid Dunes itself is so nice and relaxing. We enjoyed meals and playing cards on the covered deck while viewing the beach. The beach was easy to access. We plan to come again to this condo with friends.

We came with another couple and absolutely loved this place. Clean and well appointed with stunning views of the ocean. The entire area is clean and quiet with a lot of walking paths. We plan on coming back to this unit for sure.

Everything you could ask for

Great condo on a great beach. Kitchen was equipped with everything possible. We had a minor issue with one of the toilets and a very courteous maintenance man responded very, quickly and resolved the problem.

Great property

We’ve stayed in Wild Dunes three years now. This is the second time in Tidewater, but first time is this unit, which is our new favorite! The kitchen is well stocked if you like to cook (like we do), and the accommodations are clean and comfortable. The view is amazing and we loved the comfortable chairs in the screened in porch (our favorite spot)! Our only issue was not getting a code for the door prior to our stay and being locked out for 30 minutes trying to locate someone to let us in, but the issue was quickly resolved. Will come again!

My only complaint is the AC isn't great.

This place was really nice! I thought there was a hot tub next to the pool but that is actually a kiddie pool. None of the kids used it. They were all in the main pool. The AC in the condo would take all night to reach the set temp and then it would be high 70's all day no matter what you set it at. There were wasps in the vent on the rooftop porch and next to the lower porch. There is wasp spray under the sink in the kitchen so I tried to get rid of them by spraying at night but they came back.

Sad to leave

The condo was as pictured. Plenty of space for me and my daughter to enjoy each other, the views, and our own space when desired. Love the porch for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Nicely furnished everywhere and practical. Only a few issues including not enough hangers in the main bedroom: 2 felt covered hangers, 2 S type pants hangers, 1 plastic hanger and 4 children's hangers in bright colors.- perfect for any two year old child. The kitchen had every kind of cookware possible and two sets of silverware. There were at least 9 steak knives, one pairing knife, but NO chef/butcher knife. I called the management company and Garrett brought both hangers and a really nice knife that afternoon. KUDOS to Carolina One! The only other problem I had was there was only a sheet and a quilted bedspread on the main bed. There was not a blanket to be found except in the guest room, which my daughter used, two lap blankets in the living room and two twin cotton blankets in the loft. I doubled the spread on the bed and was able to keep warm. I understand that in the warmer months the lap blankets are perfect, but it is still winter the first part of March and the temperatures, especially with the ocean breeze, make it chilly. I was so sorry to leave this wonderful complex and our resting place. I would definitely return and suggest you make your reservations as soon as possible.

Lovely!

The place is beautiful. It has everything you need and more! The owner/owners thought of everything. The screened in patio was perfect to keep away the bugs and enjoy the outside. It was a lovely vacation and we hope to return.
