  • Bienvenido a Seaside Paradise en H303 Tidewater Villas ubicado en Wild Dune en la Isla de las Palmas. Hay impresionantes vistas del océano desde la puerta principal hasta el gran porche con mosquitero al que se puede acceder desde el vestíbulo, la suite principal y la sala de estar. Y disfrute de una vista del campo de golf desde la mesa de la cocina. Esta hermosa villa ha sido completamente renovada y es cómodamente elegante con muebles de diseño. Ambas habitaciones ofrecen camas king, baños privados y armarios. También hay un loft en el segundo piso ideal para los niños con TV, DVD y dos sillas plegables de cinco posiciones que se pliegan en dos XL Twins para dormir. La terraza, fuera del desván, tiene impresionantes vistas al océano y es un lugar ideal para relajarse, ver bailar las olas y mirar las estrellas. Este establecimiento incluye una tarjeta deportiva Wild Dunes. Wifi gratuito y ropa de cama incluida.

The condo was very nice ! Very Clean ,well equipped.. tasteful decor . Enjoyed being in Wild Dunes! We would stay here again.

This was an absolutely lovely stay. Beautifully furnished, well appointed and immaculate! And the location is... well... you'd be hard pressed to fine one better! Walk the beach, just steps from your unit, to your heart's content The pool is impeccably maintained too, if that is your preference. We come down every year now for the last 6 years and are already checking the calendar to make our reservation for 2027!

I stay in Wild Dunes yearly and sometimes several times a year. This is my first time at this property and I found it to be exceptional. The kitchen was one of the more organized ones with everything you could need! I feel like the property owners have gone above and beyond to make this place a perfect destination. I will stay here again.

Overall good condo location and great view. However, it’s a very outdated unit and building in general. Elevator needs service, and wood exterior walkway and stairs are in desperate need of repair.* Hot tub and pool are not heated * Drapes in condo were extremely hard to get to close * Dryer took over an hr to dry clothes * TV in living room and bedrooms, but very small

Clean and comfortable place, excellent location, well stocked, and quiet! Perfect for a morning workout on the trail, day at the beach, followed by a pool swim, then shower, get dressed and out for dinner.

Spring Break

We made a short trip down to Wild Dunes for spring break and a couple college tours. The property was amazing and served all our needs. Would definitely book again in the future!

Better Than Advertised

We came with another couple and absolutely loved this place. Clean and well appointed with stunning views of the ocean. The entire area is clean and quiet with a lot of walking paths. We plan on coming back to this unit for sure.

Beach Getaway

The condo was very well appointed and in working order. We especially appreciated the rooftop with such a wonderful view - great place for your morning coffee. Wlid Dunes itself is so nice and relaxing. We enjoyed meals and playing cards on the covered deck while viewing the beach. The beach was easy to access. We plan to come again to this condo with friends.

The porch was a bit crowded. The furniture was too large but everything else was great. The pool fence did not work we had to walk around to the beach side everyday.

Vacation

It was a very nice unit. But it needs something. 1. Better toilet paper. 2. Kleenexes 3. Beach towels. And the second toilet handle needs to be fixed. Was off when got there, also the batteries to the remotes were died and the up stairs storm detector was going off. We did lose power for approximately five hours. But over all it was good .

Lovely property

Have to start with of all the many many vacation rentals and perhaps also most hotels - it was the most clean tidy and organized place we’ve seen. Loved the view. Favorite was the screened porch. We sat out for hours playing games reading eating. We never even turned on any tv. Just loved to hear the ocean. Loved the roof deck Overall quiet. There are signs everywhere about being respectful It’s was but smaller than we thought from pics but still lovely and good use of space. We wanted to have my mom and sis come but felt it was a little tight so they just came for games and beach walks. Really nice comfy bed. AC worked great. Felt very safe. Easy check in. Well stocked kitchen Small negative is washer and dryer were headaches. Never could get the dryer to stay on and we tried literally every setting. Perhaps it would help to have an instruction note but I’m guessing it was just something we were doing wrong. Not a big deal. There were also no beach towels provided Not a big deal for us since we had family near but we have stayed in about 20 VRBO in Hawaii Florida CA on the beach and I can’t imagine not having beach towels Biggest disappointment was we were fully expecting to use the pool but it was closed. We would have used it every day but couldn’t. Communication was great and we got made up for it and much appreciated. Also we could have enjoyed shopping or dining on the resort but it seemed impossible. Left little options for food. We just ran back to town.

Everything you could ask for

Great condo on a great beach. Kitchen was equipped with everything possible. We had a minor issue with one of the toilets and a very courteous maintenance man responded very, quickly and resolved the problem.

Great property

We’ve stayed in Wild Dunes three years now. This is the second time in Tidewater, but first time is this unit, which is our new favorite! The kitchen is well stocked if you like to cook (like we do), and the accommodations are clean and comfortable. The view is amazing and we loved the comfortable chairs in the screened in porch (our favorite spot)! Our only issue was not getting a code for the door prior to our stay and being locked out for 30 minutes trying to locate someone to let us in, but the issue was quickly resolved. Will come again!
