Incredible 4 BR home with easy beach access just outside of the Pelican Bay neighborhood in Wild Dunes. Completely renovated with brand new kitchen and all new baths. Professionally decorated with coastal decor. Enjoy views from the surrounding lagoons. Relax on your screen porch featuring a Charleston day bed for those lazy summer afternoons. The kitchen is fully stocked, allowing the whole family to enjoy and easily cooked meal at the dining table.

The primary suite is located on the first floor with a King Bed, large screen TV and access to the open deck overlooking the lagoon. The en suite, primary bath has a large walk in shower with custom tile. Upstairs you will find three additional bedrooms each with large screen TVs and queen beds. Guest Suite one has walk in shower. Guest Suite two and three share third bathroom with custom tile walk in shower.

Located in a quiet setting on a cul-de-sac with a short beach walk (five minute walk) and a three minute walk to the pool.

Includes outdoor shower in garage, free parking, fresh linens and towels, washer and dryer, an initial starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans.

POOL: Pelican Bay community pool closes seasonally from September 30th - April 1st.

NOTE: Non Smoking Property. No Pets allowed. Property does not have an elevator. MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER TO RENT.

House was convenient to beach. Family had nice time. Family room on small side but overall comfortable. Master bathroom setup on main level was awkward with washer/dryer inside suite.

This was our second family trip to Isle of Palms and as always the trip was great. The house was one of the nicest houses we have ever stayed in on family vacation. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad either. The house was very clean and well equipped. The only knock I have is when I rented the house it had 1 king and 3 queen beds. About 3 months before our vacation the rental company called saying one of the rooms was converted to a twin/full bunk bed. They wouldn’t adjust the price to accommodate for the bed size change. That was very frustrating as we were all adults with one baby. The house was rented because it had big beds and then for things to change last minute and not make any accommodations wasn’t good customer service. Other than that everything was good. I would stay here again.

Great Location!

Our family had a pleasant stay at this Wild Dunes home. Just a short walk to the beach. The home had pretty much everything we needed, and the rental company was clear about what would / would not be provided. We had 3 couples and 2 children. 3 cars. I’d probably opt for a larger space next time, but there was just enough room for all of us. The check-in / checkout processes were easy and the rental company proactively provided all of the information we needed. We did not experience any issues during our stay. My husband and I stayed in the upstairs bedroom with attached bath. I would have preferred the bathroom window be covered as it faces a neighbors open window. I put a temporary cover over it during our stay. The laundry room location was also not the most convenient. It’s located in the Master bedroom, so we had to coordinate with others to do laundry, but we made it work. Overall, we had a great time and are already looking forward to our next Isle of Palms vacation! Thanks!
