  • Fantástica ubicación con vista al mar y un corto paseo de 2 minutos de la playa. Amplia casa de 5 dormitorios con muebles nuevos y encanto costero. Ascensor equipado con servicio de garaje a 2ª planta. Amplia cocina con nuevos mostradores de cuarzo y salpicaduras de azulejos del metro. Zona de desayuno separada. Servicio de comedor ubicado junto a la cocina. Sala de estar cómoda y espaciosa con dos sofás grandes y una gran TV de 65 pulgadas con pantalla LCD.

    El primer piso ofrece 4 habitaciones, incluyendo la suite principal. Hay una maravillosa sala de literas para niños con televisión montada en la pared. La segunda habitación de huéspedes cuenta con dos camas queen y una televisión montada en la pared. La habitación 3 tiene una cama queen y una televisión montada en la pared. La suite principal es relajante con una cama king size, muchas ventanas, una gran televisión con pantalla LCD y el baño principal.

    El segundo piso al que se accede por el ascensor tiene una suite para la madre en la ley con baño privado. Las vistas al Atlántico son abundantes. Esta suite cuenta con bar, fregadero, nevera y sofá pequeño. Gran lugar para los adolescentes de la familia. La suite también se puede acceder por una escalera de caracol exterior.
    Las cenas al aire libre son abundantes, con una mesa de comedor de tamaño completo en el amplio porche cubierto y una gran área de comedor al aire libre con una sombrilla junto a la sala de estar. Gran casa para esas memorables vacaciones familiares. Duerme 12. No se permite fumar sin mascotas.

We absolutely loved our time here and wish we could have stayed longer! The house was spacious and had everything we needed and more. The beach is a short easy walk away so we didn’t mind not being “beachfront”. The house being pet friendly was key, and the large, flat, fenced in yard was wonderful. The host company was quick to respond to a concern we had and went above and beyond to address the issue. We would love to return to Isle of Palms and will absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful Christmas week here! The house had everything we needed to cook, celebrate and relax! Being so close to the beach and the marina was a huge plus!! This was our second stay and we’ll be back!!

Family Christmas get together

Four to get together with family prior to Christmas even though it was cold the beach was beautiful. The house was very spacious very clean and we had a great time. Would love to visit again when it’s warmer.

Family vacation

The property was everything it was advertised to be. The place was clean and well stocked with everything it needed to be. The house was comfortable and the check-in/check-out processes were easy. The screened-in porches were great to sit out when storms rolled in. The property was really a short walk to the beach. All in all, a great rent for a large family kiddos.

Great House and Location

Great space for a large group. Great location, just a few steps from a beautiful beach. Bathrooms are not updated but functional. We had plenty of space for 10 adults and 1 child. We will book again!

We had a problem with the air and they were very quick to get someone out and supply window ac units to keep the house cool. The only downside was a very glitchy internet. Overall this is a great family house to stay at.

Truly the perfect location for families who don’t want to cross busy streets with their kids! Holds a lot of people bedroom wise but not very much comfortable sitting room for larger families. Overall a good pick just needs some updating!

Great location

Functional clean house with plenty of space that is very close to beachfront location. Elevator was great for grandma and groceries and the loft suite was perfect to sequester the teenager mess. Has the appearance of a full time rental and is not updated and in perfect condition but has what you need to enjoy your stay. Location was better than expected with 100 ft to sand and no street to cross. We did bring a dog and house/yard were great for making that stress free.

Family getaway

Fabulous location, easy walk to the beach! Bathrooms must be updated for the price. Master shower door was falling off and shower head barely attached. Hallway bathroom is also very dated and bathtub is a huge fall risk. Very spacious and conducive to a large busy family!Kitchen was spacious and could hold a lot of people at once! The Leasing Company was fabulous and very accommodating!

Great stay aside from a few hiccups

We stayed for a week with family for vacation. The home was very clean and communication with the property manager was very easy. They were quick to respond with any issues or questions. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi didn't work all week. The owner reported there were multiple outages in the area, so that was understandably out of their hands. The back door didn't lock at all, which was a bit concerning and was reported the day we arrived. Aside from that, we had a really great stay. The location is perfect and the front porch is a great spot to relax in the morning with coffee. We would definitely stay again!

Great location and very spacious

Location was great. 5 mins walk from the beach. The bedrooms, kitchen, living/dining rooms, and outdoor deck spaces were spacious. The house is well-stocked with dishware and cookware, but wished we had extra paper towels or napkins. There is a room upstairs and the only way to get to the room is to take the elevator in the house or walk up a spiral staircase outside of the house. The room upstairs has it's own bathroom, but it was a bit inconvenient that there weren't stairs inside the house to get upstairs. We had 6 people sharing one hallway bathroom because the other bathroom was in the master bedroom on the main level. If you plan to drive into downtown, it is also a 30 min drive. We also had some minor issues that didn't impact our stay too much. We found a cockroach in the upstairs room (need to take elevator to get to room). The dishwasher was broken and started to leak. It was a bit difficult to reach the property manager. The number listed is an office that only takes messages to relay to the property manager. We weren't given the actual property manager's number. It took 4/5 hrs for the property manager to call back regarding the leak. Fortunately, we were able to stop the leak before the property manager called and someone came the next morning to fix the issue. Overall, I would still recommend folks staying here if you are looking for a place by the beach and not planning to drive too much into the downtown area. It was comfortable for our group of 9.

Girls weekend

We were all very pleased with the property and all it offered. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and has enough space for a large crowd. The location is beautiful and has easy access to the beach and restaurants. We would definitely rent this property again!
