Charming family vacation cottage, close to the beach on Isle of Palms.

Nestled between the Inter Coastal Waterway, and the peaceful, well sought after, vast beach on Isle of Palms; this 3 BR, 2 1/2 Bath house offers a pleasant vacation experience for everyone.

The coastal casual atmosphere is a breath of fresh air and accommodates 8 people comfortably. The front screened in porch is perfect to enjoy coffee and watch the sunrise or catch the afternoon breeze. The main living area has an open floor plan, and with a fully equipped kitchen, is a perfect place to cook dinner with the family.

The back patio has a charcoal kettle grill, and comfortable seating for outdoor cookouts, overlooking a large private yard where the kids can run around. Adjacent to the patio is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, and storage shed with beach chairs, umbrella, and a beach cart.

Each bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed, and there are 3 TV's located throughout the house. The playroom has a queen futon and is divided from the rest of the house, so the kids can watch tv while the adults are in the main living space. Adjacent to the playroom is a bathroom with large walk-in shower.

Hardwood floors and ceiling fans are throughout the house, and there are 2 leather sofas in the main living area. There is a full size washer and dryer available for your use, and linens and towels, including beach towels are provided.

With granite counter tops, new appliances, a large farm table, and comfortable casual seating for everyone, dining in is just as easy as dining out. A Keurig coffee maker, or upon request, a regular brew coffee maker, high chair, pack-n-play crib, a child gate and board games are furnished. There is high speed internet available and the Wi-fi password will be provided upon check-in, as well as a key code for the back door.

This location is conveniently located just a few minutes from Wild Dunes golf, Isle of Palms Marina, a variety of full service restaurants, and a Harris Teeter grocery store.

Great location less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. Beach gear is available in the back shed. If you have young children, you can walk for blocks to 29th St. and enjoy the play area.

Best Beach Getaway

This was one of the best beach houses we have stayed in. The house had everything we needed and more. It was so clean and very comfortable. Even the front porch furniture was clean and relaxing. The walk to the beach was very easy and the location was close to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

I was extremely pleased with this property. It was clean and roomy and had all the amenities needed for our stay. We liked the close proximity to the beach and the public beach access was a short walk. Would stay in the beach house again if we are in the Charleston area.

Nice getaway

We loved our stay at the property! The house is just as pictured. The backyard needs some work due to storm issues, but still has a table for dining on the patio. We liked th short walk to the beach and the house having the beach necessities was great! We would stay here again!

Beautiful location, charming cottage

This property was absolutely charming and perfect for our needs. Close and convenient for both the Graduation events at the Citadel and Wedding in Isle of Palms. The owner was so nice and helpful with any questions we had.

What stay? My physician wrote a letter explaining why it was ( unsafe) due to my medical condition to stay. Yet owner Julie , disregarded and dismissed the importat information.

Cute, Cozy & Clean

this cottage was very well stocked with all the your kitchen needs. The bathrooms were also well stocked with plenty of nice towels and toilet paper. The beds and linens were all comfortable and clean. We were all very happy and comfortable in this clean and bright cottage. It was an easy walk to the beach and there were beach chairs, towels and even a wagon for the beach. They have thought of everything and we are looking forward to visiting again.

A little gem on the IOP!

What a fabulous stay we had at this cottage on IOP. Super convenient to the beach, great restaurants, and a Harris Teeter right down the street! The cottage was clean, functional and have every amenity that you could possibly imagine! We would definitely rent this property again! A+

Perfect fit for us

3 female senior citizen cousins stayed 4 nights here. Totally fit our requirements as we each had our own room and bathroom, a wonderful space to cook/eat/hangout and a great enclosed porch to sit on and watch people go by. Only four easy blocks to the beach which is HUGE! We loved the peace and quiet of our house. Super close to grocery store and places to eat. I have stayed at numerous VRBO’s and this owner was the fastest to respond to any questions we had…we’re talking a minute or two. Julie truly wants to make your stay perfect in every way. Don’t hesitate to book this property!

Great Island Rental!

Our stay at the property was wonderful. The house was very clean, in a great (and quiet) neighborhood, and close to the beach. The host was wonderful to work with and quick with communication. She even had a lovely welcome basket full of goodies upon arrival! I highly recommend this property.
