Beach Gear - Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights receive a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! Linens / Toiletries - All bed linens, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

Parking - A maximum of 2 vehicles can be parked at this property.

✧ Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

✧ You acknowledge that you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
✧ You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed the rental agreement and provided a copy of valid ID.
✧ Any guest who confirms a reservation will be responsible for damages in an amount outlined in the rental agreement. An authorization hold in the amount of $500.00 will be placed on your credit card. It will be removed once you check-out and if nothing is damaged.

1) Local guest reservation requests are subject to further review and questions. Please provide full name, # of guests, and reason for booking.
2) Reservations should include the correct number of guests staying. Please ask the host for permission to bring visitors over to the property.
3) Isle of Palms Noise Ordinance must be followed. Any violations of the noise ordinance are cause for immediate removal.
4) Please be courteous and respectful of the other neighboring residents and guests. Any behavior that results in a complaint by a neighbor, building resident, or HOA is considered violation of this rule.
5) If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge.
6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden.
7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period.
10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Should there be an issue, guests will allow a reasonable amount of time during business hours for Management to address or provide a solution for any reported issues, or unsatisfactory conditions.
11)Pet fee required for all pet friendly rentals

* It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the location and easy access to a nice beach. The apartment was roomy, clean and had all good quality appliances. Check in and check out processes are very well streamlined. Wish we would have had a courtesy late check out since we got in late on day of check in due to a flight delay.Didn’t find many places to eat close by to the lication

We can't say enough great things about "Jewel of the Isle!" The location in Wild Dunes was perfect, the view of the lush vegetation and pool was wonderful. A 5 minute walk to a very large sugar sand beach which was very relaxing. We had a wonderfully week! Proximity to Charleston and Mt Pleasant were brilliant and too many things we wanted to do but didn't have time for.....makes us plan for the next time. Brian, Jennifer and Cheryl were dreams to work with and should be the model for all owners/managers to use. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. Thank you for providing a fantastic backdrop for a very special week! You truly have a piece of paradise and thank you for sharing it with us! We wish you all a great rest of the summer!

The condo was “alright”. Location was a little further from the beach than what I was expecting but still a fairly short walk. The condo was dated but ample room for the family (actually a little larger than we were expecting). The kitchen had everything that we needed for utensils. The community pool was a little small. Overall for the price it was a decent stay. Probably wouldn’t rent again just because it was “dated”.

I surprised my wife with a getaway vacation to celebrate her birthday and I am so glad I chose this condo. Everything was perfect and the location was just as described in the listing. Nestled in the middle of the gated community of Wild Dunes, we hardly needed our car, as the beach is a short 5-minute walk and so are some wonderful restaurants. The condo itself definitely exceeded my expectations. Fully stocked kitchen, very clean and very well maintained. The property manager was very responsive to all of my questions and extremely helpful. Without a doubt, we will make this condo our go-to when we come back to the Isle of Palms!

It was the perfect location and very clean! We will definitely stay here again! Everything was comfortable and the kitchen had all the amenities (we usually make our own food instead of going out). 10/10 recommend.

Overall very spacious and clean. Well stocked kitchen. Up 3 shorter flights of stairs so may be best for younger adults and not seniors.
