1st floor, screen porch w/ steps to Beach & Pool - 103G Port O Call

Gorgeous first floor Port O Call condo. Enjoy private beach access right off of the screen porch, the beach is just steps away! This Port O Call has been renovated and has hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen has updated appliances and is fully-stocked with everything you need to cook a meal on vacation. Bar counter seating for three in addition to a kitchen table with seating for four. The bedroom has a king bed and the living room has a sleeper sofa. The screen porch includes wicker furniture for relaxing outside, as well as a fan to create your own breeze.

The condo is conveniently located close to two championship Golf Courses, driving range, and mile of bike paths. Enjoy the ocean and beach or the Community Pool at Port O Call, only available to Port O Call owners and guests.

Additional amenities include a community propane grill. Complex elevator. Washer and dyer (new as of 2024). Fresh linens and towels per occupancy. Starter supply of paper products and toiletries only. Drip Coffee Maker.

All reservations (3-21 nights) will receive $250 credit toward beach gear rentals with VayK Life!

Cute rental!

The condo was perfectly appointed with a beach theme and color scheme. The bed was comfortable, with ample closet space and dresser. The kitchen is supplied with everything you need to make a good meal. The ocean is a short sandy walk away. Lovely beach and very walkable in either direction. Lovely!

Relaxing visit

The condo location was perfect just steps to the beach or walking paths. Easy access to live music, restaurants and outdoor activities. We enjoyed shopping and fabulous meals in Charleston.

Do not stay in this roach infested nightmare

It said it had a fully stocked kitchen with utensils cooking pots and only had a few reviews. We had to leave a day early from our vacation and check into another very expensive hotel for our last night bc the night before I woke up to my two young children screMing in terror bc of cockroaches in ghe main room. I killed one and two roamed free. We didn’t sleep at all that night as my kids were so upset and we were trying to all fit on the sleeper sofa. So no sleep then had to lay extra money for a hotel room ubpack repair and throw out expensive groceries. And the kitche does even have a boiling pot. I took pictures of everything. It’s can opener so rusted out it didn’t work. Had to spend a fortune on cooking pots just so I could cook my kids meals then throw away a lot of money on groceries. They would only refund one night which I thought was beyond rude of them, Rude from Fbe start , we lost a whole nights sleep and basically ended up spending and wasting 800 extra dollars on our vacation we didn’t anticipate. Who doesn’t have just one regular cooking pot? And who doesn’t go above and beyond for their guests when they lose sleep have to exhaust themselves lacking/ unpacking luggage and throwing our expensive grocerieand booking a last available expensive hotel room nearby. They were inconsiderate and rude from the start. And they don’t even give you any info about the place. Don’t stay at this place or port o call. The offered r free e fund a joke. Reporting to BBB

Property = YES!; Property management = NO!

The property itself was wonderful. Clean, great location, great amenities. However, there was a significant issue during the stay and the property management did not resolve the issue. Pushed the follow up on the resolution to me. Ultimately the issue was not resolved during my stay. As "compensation" they barely gave me a token refund. So disappointing because the property itself was wonderful.

Perfect for us!

This property was perfect for me and my husband. We loved the mostly-shaded walking path, the close proximity of the pool and beach, and the size and decor of the condo. We ate dinner at the golf course one evening, which was very good and super convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at Port 'O Call G-103. Location is excellent. We loved the screened in porch with view of the ocean and the very short walk to the beach. Well equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen is especially nice with nice appliances and all the tools. Our brief interaction with maintenance was excellent. He arrived timely and was quickly able to fix the chirping fire alarm. I will note that the unit is equipped with a top end combo washer/dryer. Washer and dryer are contained in one unit, not split/stacked. Being unfamiliar with this style, I did not find the controls intuitive and it was new to maintenance, as well. After reading and re-reading the manual for 2-3 days, I was finally able to successfully use it. We did learn that this type of unit takes approx twice as long to dry laundry as standard style units.It didn't ruin our trip. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute in this lovely condo :)

Excellent 2 week stay

Was leaving a review for a recent trip and realized I was remiss in not leaving one for this property. Excellent accommodations and well appointed clean updated beach condo. Perfect size and very comfortable for my just my wife and I. Would have been tight for more than two. The screened patio with partial ocean view was used often for morning coffee and catching up on work emails and the first floor walkout was just steps to the beach. Parking was close and convenient and never an issue finding a spot. The unit is right next to a drop off circle and there are luggage carts available for the short walk to the unit. We were busy exploring and didn’t have a chance to use the pool but many others did. We did pass by almost daily and there always seemed to be chairs available poolside. No pets permitted in complex unless you are an owner which was a miss for us as we would have brought our dog with us but we knew that when we made the reservation. We have always loved Charleston and used this condo as a base to explore IOP/Sullivan’s Island like locals in anticipation of buying and moving down on the island permanently in the next few years. The unit served us well and definitely would recommend.
