    La cabaña de la abuela tiene una amplia sala familiar para reunirse; Para ayudarlo a completar su visita, la cabina cuenta con información de viajes, mapas de carreteras, caminatas, esquí y motos de nieve y conexión inalámbrica a internet para ayudarlo a mantenerse conectado y buscar mientras se encuentra lejos de su hogar.

    La cabina cuenta con una gran sala familiar con un sofá y sillas para relajarse.
    Los arreglos para dormir son tres habitaciones. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size. El segundo dormitorio tiene tres camas queen y el tercer dormitorio tiene una cama queen. Hay un baño y medio, y una cocina totalmente equipada con todas las comodidades del hogar.

    También está disponible una barbacoa de gas para que pueda asar algunos filetes o cenar al aire libre en un patio grande con una mesa de picnic, rodeado de pinos del pabellón de la logia, abetos azules y árboles de álamo tembloroso mientras disfruta de la gran compañía de su familia o amigos.

    Para su comodidad, la cabina cuenta con lavadora, secadora, televisión satelital y teléfono fijo con conexión inalámbrica a internet. Hay un montón de espacio de estacionamiento para varios vehículos, barcos y remolques de motos de nieve.

Grandma's Cabin

Beautiful property, great cabin & very clean, cabin is equipped with all that you'll need for your stay. We had a excellent stay here and the fishing was outstanding. We will be back again.

Most beautiful cabin

Very serene, peaceful & could stay for ever!! The cabin was just as you would expect for “Grandma’s Cabin”. Loved it!!

We had a really nice stay at Grandma's cabin. Lauri was very good with her communication and the cabin was very clean and well appointed when we arrived. I really enjoyed the location that was a little further from the highway than most rentals in that area so much less traffic noise. The well watered green lawn is a nice touch. The front porch was really nice to hang out on in the morning and evenings overlooking the back field/pasture. We were treated one evening by a visit of a mom moose and her two babies. Beds were firm but comfortable and the living room couch was also comfortable to hang out on. Internet/TV was a little slow at times, but we were there for a week of fly-fishing so it didn't matter that much to us. The kitchen facilities and laundry were well stocked and functioned well for us. Two bathrooms, one with shower downstairs and a smaller just toilet/sink upstairs. Both were clean and worked fine for us. We were only two people, I think the cabin would work well for up to 6, beyond that might be a little crowded depending on your preferences.Overall a great stay, I've rented 4-5 different cabins in this area in past years for fishing visits and will definitely look to come back to this one in the future.

Fishing while at Grandma's Cabin

Had a great fishing trip out of Island Park, ID. and Grandma's Cabin was the perfect place to come home to after being on the river all day long. Very clean and cozy, plus lots of privacy in this tucked away gem. We agreed we would definitely stay here again on our next Idaho fly fishing trip.

Grandma's Cabin

Very clean, plenty of space to relax. The front yard was being reseeded, so it was inaccessible, which was fine. We realized we would have liked to be a little closer to the Yellowstone entrance once we were there. We drove 22 hours to get to Island Park and we were tired of driving:) The drive was only 30 minutes to the West Entrance, so it wasn't bad. The house had everything we needed and was very nice. I would definitely recommend this location to others. Laurie was easy to work with and very helpful in planning our stay.

great place to stay!

the cabin was very clean and inviting. There was plenty of room for all. It was a short drive to Yellowstone Park and far enough away to be away from the crowds.

Absolutely loved our time at Grandmas Cabin.

Awesome place for a small family gathering. Little cousins enjoyed playing in the yard and taking a nature hike in the forest. The cabin was well stocked and clean. We will definitely be back!

Grabdma’s Cabin is the best!

Grandma’s cabin did not disappoint! It is the perfect location when visiting Island Park! It was so clean and felt like home away from home. We loved playing in the snow and warming by the fire!! Thank you Laurie!

Absolutely Perfect!

We arrived at the cabin to find it totally decorated for Christmas--outside and inside. The door was unlocked, heat turned on, and we instantly felt at home. Such a wonderful place to stay. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place.

The name of the cabin says it all!! Loved it!!

what a great experience for our families. We celebrated a late Christmas and asked if Grandma's Cabin would have a tree decorated. The place was amazing!!! The little ones had room to play, the older ones were impressed with the internet speed and the parents/grandparents had everything we needed to cook our family meals and sleep comfortably. the added touch of a gift basket complete with the fixin's for sugar cookies (even cookie cutters, frosting and sprinkels) really made us feel special. Thank you for the great hospitality!!

Perfect place for us!

Grandma's Cabin was the perfect place for our party of five: grand parents, son-in-law, and two teenage grand daughters. We all loved it. The cabin is so comfortable and well equipped, and the location is beautiful. It's an easy thirty mile drive from the west entrance to Yellowstone, and it gave us versatile access to Yellowstone as well as the Tetons. It was such a cozy place to come home to each day, and Laurie was a wonderful and responsive host. The nearby Robin's Roost store (and gas station) was a surprisingly well-stocked option for picking up any groceries you might need. The cabin is also close to Harriman State Park and a scenic byway to Ashton, which added local choices (including horseback riding) for a kick-back day. We loved this cabin. If you rent it, you won't be disappointed.

Great location

We enjoyed our recent stay at Grandma's cabin and found the accomodations to be clean and convenient for our adventures through Yellowstone and the surrounding area. The cabin is very well taken care of and I would say a solid value of about $150 a night but not worth the $250 rate that is charged during the summer. The owner is great to work with and we found the transaction through VRBO to be easy and we would use the services again.

Family Christmas

This was a great place to have our family Christmas getaway. The house was all lit up with Christmas lights - what a great first impression. "Cozy" was the word that everyone used to describe Grandma's Cabin. The cabin had plenty of sleeping space for all 10 of us. The kitchen was supplied very well with pots and pans, dishes, silverware, and bakeware. It was nice to have the washer and dryer there as well. The bathrooms were supplied well with plenty of towels. The internet connection was not good, but for me that was okay. It was nice to disconnect from it for a while. I would recommend Grandma's Cabin. Thank you!!

Quiet Hideaway

Grandma's cabin was cozy and very well equipped (except for a hairdryer). Our only problem was internet access not available the first night and morning we were there. The owner remedied this the second day......but we have never had any response to our exiting email inquiring as to what the problem was .......nor any word of thanks after leaving some usable food items behind. The rate seemed a bit steep for two retired seniors using only one bed on the main floor.

Cute Cabin!

We were hosting a family from Germany and showing them our beautiful National Parks. When we arrived at the cabin, they were so excited! The description and photos were accurate and in fact, the cabin was even better. It's about 30 miles from West Yellowstone, but for the price difference, it worked out great! Highly recommended! Thanks so much!
