This new constructed gorgeous cabin is the perfect home base for your trip to Island Park, Idaho and Yellowstone National Park. With 6 bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 5 queen beds, and 1 twin bed, there's plenty of space for all your guests. The cabin also has a bunk room with 4 queen beds and 2 twin size beds, along with a full size bed in the loft. The cabin features 3 bathrooms with showers and hair dryers, ensuring everyone can freshen up after a day of adventure. With 2 living room areas, you can be watching your favorite team downstairs while the guests upstairs visit and prepare dinner. You'll find enjoyable amenities like a fully stocked kitchen, WIFI and full size laundry facilities. Nestled in an amazing location, with massive pine trees, Thunder Ridge cabin offers a gorgeous retreat for your home away from home. The cabin is open year around. Enjoy some of the area’s best activities within minutes from leaving the cabin. Yellowstone National Park is 20 minutes away. Enjoy record breaking fishing on Henry's Lake, in the Madison River or Henry's Fork of the Snake. Take in the majestic beauty of Mesa Falls or visit Johnny Sacks Cabin and Big Springs just a few minutes down Highway 20. There is a live dinner theater at Macks Inn Playhouse. Float trips, horseback riding, ziplines and golf are easily available. Take the time to hike at Harriman State Park and enjoy natures wonders.
During the winter, the driveway is plowed and there is ample parking for your trailer and truck.
The cabin is a NON-SMOKING cabin. We are under county ordinances for short term rentals and ask that our guests please stay in compliance for their safety and health; we ask that you stay within capacity limits, read the burn ordinance and be neighborly!

Great Cabin for a Large Family

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cabin! With three spacious floors and two separate living rooms, it was perfect for our family of 12. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy their own space. The cabin feels practically brand new—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished. The beds were incredibly comfortable—honestly, some of the best we’ve ever slept on! The hosts were super responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway! It is conveniently located to the west entrance of Yellowstone. What a great place!

Family Stay

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin is new, modern and extremely clean. The property managers were quick to respond to questions and were very helpful. We fit comfortably and loved that it is located so close the the West Yellowstone Entrance.

Great Cabin, Great Location, Great Vacation

This was a beautiful cabin. Looks like it’s all new! It has LOTS of room and beds for everyone. The kitchen is fully stocked and really high-end. It has a nice big table in the dining area with bench seating, so everyone fit at the table. It has a nice propane grill on the deck, and a really nice fire pit just outside the house. There was plenty of parking space. Overall, I can’t say enough about this cabin. If I could buy one this would be it. I will stay here again if it’s available.
