  • Centrally located in the Florida keys close to Islamorada where there are great restaraunts and shops.Park your boat in your private dock with 35 feet of dockage.Minutes to the bay and very easy access to the ocean.There is access to a private homeowners beach with Cabañas and outdoor charcoal bbq.The home has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs.There is a screened in patio where you can enjoy breakfast on the porch and sunsets in the afternoon.

Beautiful Home

Home is newly renovated! Large screened porch and canal were wonderful for enjoying the outdoor space. Added bonus was access to the private beach through the home association which is quite beautiful. The owners were very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent find!

It was a relief to find this property after the last minute cancellation of our usual Florida Keys location. What a find! The property is clean and well kept. It was apparent the property was recently updated and small details were still coming together, but it is resident ready and nothing got in the way. The location is superb! Bay and ocean access, premium boating destinations for family day trips are nearby, excellent lobstering, excellent fishing grounds, and we loved the community beach. Esmeralda and Mike went out of their way to make it a great stay. We had a couple of hickups related to the A/C and in both instances the issue was resolved within a couple of hours and little-to-no impact to our vacation. We appreciate the use of the tandem kayak, which my little one appreciated because she was able to join the afternoon water rides with her older siblings. The barbeque they provided is in excellent condition and well maintained. ... The wine fridge! Nice. ... Master bedroom has private access to the balcony and makes for awesome morning coffee wakeup. ... The balcony is completely screened in which allowed for relaxing evenings of nightcaps and conversation. The neighbors are friendly and the environment is authentic Florida Keys. We loved it and are considering going back next year... which speaks volumes for a family who stayed in the same house for the previous 7 years. We highly recommend the stay! Thank you!!!
