- Bedrooms:

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, air conditioning, and a private full bathroom.

The second bedroom has a king-size bed, air conditioning, a Smart TV, and a full bathroom.



- Bathrooms:

The apartment has two full bathrooms, one in each bedroom.



- Kitchen, Breakfast Bar, and Dining Room:

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals. The breakfast bar seats 3 people, and the dining room seats 4, creating a cozy atmosphere.



- Living Room:

The space has a ceiling fan and air conditioning for your comfort.



- Balcony:

Enjoy the Caribbean breeze from the balcony, with outdoor seating for up to 3 people and stunning views of the Caribbean Sea.



- Outdoor/Common Areas:

With normal and responsible use, they should not exceed this limit (You can turn on the air conditioners when you are at home, if you go out, turn them off and do not use them with doors and windows open).



The Neighborhood:

To get to Isla Mujeres you have to take a ferry from Cancun.



It is recommended to see the sunrises and sunsets.



The area is in full development so you may eventually hear noise from nearby construction and power/internet outages.



The condominium is located next to the Isla Village shopping center, restaurants and cafes.



Getting Around:

On Isla Mujeres, the main ways to get around are by golf cart, bicycle, taxi or walking.

We recommend renting a golf cart, since they are easy to drive and get around, or order a taxi for your transfers.



Other Things to Note:

Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.



The condominium receives periodic fumigations as a preventive measure. However, due to the city's humid climate and the vegetation in the area, small insects, such as ants, may occasionally appear. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside of the refrigerator.



Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.



For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.
