"Communication pre-trip and throughout with the host was excellent. The AC was excellent and easy to control. With all of the sand in the area, we were amazed at how clean the home was. The location had perfect access to the beach so close. The view of the Gulf from the deck is slight, but it is there! Restaurants, ice cream, and even an acai shop were within walking distance. Great stay!"

"We like that it was on the second floor so we could easily see the ocean from our balcony. This unit was a corner unit so there was only another unit on one side. The kitchen had a nice selection of cookware etc. the complex had two outdoor pools, and indoor heated pool, hot tub, dry sauna, and steam sauna. The area was quiet without a lot of touristy attractions. We love to be outside and walk or ride our bikes, and there was a very nice paved trail in the area that was probably at least 12...

"We had a fantastic stay here. Florida weather can be quite fickle, storming in the morning with perfect skies in the afternoon. Therefore, it’s crucial to get a place on the beach. This condo is in a great location. The host provided all the information we needed to have a comfortable stay, although he was little harder to get in touch with after we checked in. The host also provided thoughtful snacks, beach toys, and a binder with local info. The property was tidy. We would happily stay here...

"This place was awesome. We would stay here again anytime it was excellent from the staff being kind. We were close to the beach and close to the lazy river. Parking was a breeze, only recommendation would be to have some sort of pool or a snack bar at one of the locations but other than that 10 out of 10."

" Wonderful stay with a beautiful view!We had a wonderful experience at this condo and would absolutely stay here again. "Overall, it was a clean place with a good view. The toilet was leaking but we just dealt with it since we were only there a couple of days. There was an issue with a loud neighbor that was made worse by the shared door that basically lets you hear everything next door. We had to bang on the outside front door at 12:30am to tell them to quiet down which they did around 1am. The shared door between the rooms means you may end up with a tough time going to sleep."

"Our condo was a beautiful condo located on the first floor in bldg A. It was great not needing the elevator and, since it was on the same floor, having quick access to both the pool, beach, and parking deck was very convenient. The condo was super clean, airy, and bright! The reason for the 4 star vs. 5 star rating is two-fold. 1) The king bed's mattress really needs an upgrade and 2) The back porch is fenced which doesn't allow a door to easily walk to the beach. The restaurant in the pool area...
