Summary:
Important Notice Before Booking:
During July and August, there is ongoing construction in the building. Work takes place on weekdays from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM and may involve noise, debris, and the presence of workers in the roof, balconies, terraces, and exterior windows. On Saturdays and Sundays, there are no workers onsite, but you will see construction machinery parked in front of the building. We aim to be fully transparent so you can make the best decision for your stay.

The Space:
This listing is for our Beachfront Penthouse at Jobos Beach. Located in a prime spot directly on the beach, this 2,800 sq ft unit combines natural bamboo decor with modern amenities for a unique vacation experience. It features 3 bedrooms, a loft, and 3 bathrooms. From the expansive L-shaped balcony to the fully furnished rooftop terrace, guests can enjoy panoramic views and spectacular sunsets. The unit includes a kitchen and cozy living spaces and is ideal for relaxation and entertaining.

Comfortably sleeps up to eight guests across a thoughtfully designed two-level layout.

- Loft: On the second level, equipped with a queen-sized sofa bed, 42” TV, and an additional bathroom.

- Additionally, the condo comes with a convenient locker downstairs that can fit up to 4 bicycles or a few surboards up to 8'10" long
