"The room is very clean. They had house keeper come everyday. The location is about 11 minutes away from SHINJUKU station. Lots of convenient stores nearby . It is more like an Airbnb style hotel. it is an excellent place for family with children."

"Location was great. Subway was close. Quiet location and room. Kitchenette was great. Laundry facilities were a bonus. Room is getting a bit old and was a little musty but was clean and comfortable."

"I left the Hotel and came back, I saw fire fighters (or something of the sort) leaving the building, I came back to my room and there was a phony key card in the place I’m supposed to put my key card which I did not put, the bed was also messed up after I had made it, the curtains were slightly open though I never did it, and the origami bird they make was fallen from the shelf of the bed to the bed itself, I understand if there was a fire and they needed to check my room then it’s fine, but the...

"味の素スタジアムでライブがあったので利用させて頂きました。
会場への行き方はそれほど難しくないのですが、最寄り駅からは少し遠いし、お風呂が激狭なので脱ぎ着が出来ない、部屋着がないのが難点でした。
普通のホテルと違って、アパートタイプなのでゆっくり足を伸ばして座れたり、レンジ、洗濯機(洗剤もあり)のあるで過ごしやすかったし、部屋で洗濯が出来るので替えの服を持っていかなくても良かったのは良かったです。
質問への返信が早く、料金を先に払って入ればチェックインしなくてもすぐ入室出来るのは助かりました！
丁寧に返信を貰えるので不安がなく安心して泊まれます。何泊かしたい場合はおすすめします。"
