"This is a nice hotel. We have stayed here several times for several days at a time. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean."

"Everyday they gave us clean towels, made the bed, etc! Not once did I see a bug! The Best Western NOT ONCE did they clean the room, take out the trash, give us clean towels, make the bed!! Plus they have a SERIOUS STINK BUG INFESTATION…. To the point they have a sign saying they won’t give returns or discounts because of their infestation The Quality Inn IS SO MUCH BETTER!!!!!!"

"Don't Judge this Hotel by It's Cover! The Staff was Great, the Room was Great, Sheets/Towels/Bed was Great, not much to.complain about. CONS: the door had a huge gap at bottom which let it in cold but I put a towel and it stopped that. If you get a room on the backside, parking and walking to your room can get a little tricky. I like seeing my car from my room and this was not entirely possible BUT These are nitpicky...price was amazing for what you get!"

"Flawless execution by the Gunrunner staff from beginning to end! The pre-arrival instructions were spot-on. Our room was clean and personalized for us when we arrived (they had left us a gift of wine and a card congratulating us for our wedding anniversary that we were there celebrating - nice touch!). We were staying in Florence to see some of the local sites and restaurants, but the highlight was the Gunrunner bar and many seating areas around the bar. We were able to listen to some live music...
