From the moment you step through the door, you'll be greeted by breathtaking, panoramic views of the mountains & lake. This condo is only steps from the pool, gym, hot tub, and James Chabot Beach. A short walk will get you into downtown Invermere and its various shops & dining. Plus, this unit is pet-friendly!

This immaculate condo sleeps 6 comfortably and offers plenty of space for the family to spread out or gather together and make lasting memories.

You’ll have unlimited free high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring that whether you need to jump on a Zoom call, upload your Insta-worthy pictures or catch up on your favourite YouTube channel, there will be no interruptions. Providing you with cable as well as a smart TV you will have all of your favourites at your fingertips.

BEDROOMS
Each bedroom is designed for comfort. Every detail - from comfy room-darkening shades to high-quality linens - has been curated to ensure our guests enjoy a peaceful and comfortable sleep.

This kitchen is fully stocked with essentials to complete the home-away-from-home experience.

PARKING
You will have access to a dedicated underground parking spot during your stay. There are additional visitor parking spots in the outdoor parking lot if needed.

CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.

The Blue Heron Pointe is located within minutes from Invermere’s downtown core but also offers the peace and quiet you’d expect from a mountain and lakeside vacation, complete with its million-dollar views.

When you stay with us you’ll be close to:
James Chabot Beach: Enjoy the convenience of beach access, where you’ll find plenty of picnic tables for eating with the family, shallow water, making it perfect for swimming with the kids and ample space to launch a kayak or stand-up paddleboard.

Radium Hot Springs: Take a dip in the hot springs and relax while soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling brand new. An experience you won’t want to miss.

The Whiteway: A 30km multi-use trail groomed for both cross-country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the world’s longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records.

Greywolf Golf Course: Enjoy this world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada, perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell mountains. Also close by are Windermere Valley Golf Course, The Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course.

The Farmer’s Market - Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning at our town’s local market.

PANORAMA TRANSPORTATION
The shuttle to Panorama Ski Hill runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Dairy Queen located just behind the condo complex. The first shuttle is at 9:10 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:45 PM.

CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. Although pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest's name on the reservation.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.

7. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

Really nice unit.

The unit is very nice and very well equipped. My only negative would be the hallway and entrance carpets. Filthy, makes a very poor first impression. Look past that. Had a great time. Nice place, great location.

Lovely apartment but no air conditioning

The apartment is neat and clean. The challenge was that there is no air conditioning in the unit. With the heavy smoke in the Invermere area the weekend of our stay it was uncomfortable opening the windows and patio doors, but that was necessary to be able to get some air flow in the unit. Otherwise it is hot and stuffy in the apartment. Even some fans in the unit would have been helpful!

Had a great trip! Accommodations were perfect for us. We were advised the day before arrival that the pool was being fixed so wasn’t available, which was a bit disappointing. Overall a great place to stay.
