Newly established fire pit area in cosy, secluded garden area

This exquisite home features 5 spacious bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests, with 3 elegant bathrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and an additional king single in bedroom 4. All linen and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Every bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen smart TV connected to Netflix, allowing you to watch your favourite shows at your leisure.

Unwind in the TV lounge, where you can enjoy TV, YouTube, or Netflix movies on a 65-inch Smart TV. Alternatively, lose yourself in a book from our library or engage in one of the many board games available. The games room is a haven of fun, featuring a full-size pool table, piano, 6-seater card/game table, and a children's area complete with its own TV, DVD player, movies, and PlayStation.

Relax by the resort-style solar-heated pool, sipping your favourite beverage, or indulge in the hydrotherapy spa with a serene backdrop of tall trees and lush bushland. Enhance your wellness experience with a session in the 4-person infrared sauna.

Enjoy the tranquility of the front rose garden, where you can sit under the large trees while the children play on the jungle gym or trampoline.

Winter getaway

Great property, so close to Inverloch but so private we felt miles away. Super clean and comfy, well appointed kitchen for cooking meals at home, very well utilised spa and sauna (even the pool, at 15 degrees top temp for the day, had use for ice baths!) and the pool table had a real workout. Would love to return one day.

Fabulous holiday!

We stayed as a family of 12 (7 adults and 5 children) at Elk Estate. The house is just wonderful for a family, very clean, spacious, 4 bedrooms upstairs, one downstairs (which was great for my elderly parents). Each bedroom has its own Netflix which was awesome! The kids (and the adults) loved the outdoor pool and spa - the kids were in it pretty much the whole time. Plenty of bath and pool towels in the laundry which was an absolute bonus. Michelle (our host) was on hand to greet us on arrival and show us around, and as it was my father's 90th birthday, Michelle actually baked him a delicious birthday cake which was such a lovely gesture (she also provided a couple of bottles of very nice wine too :-). The kitchen was extremely well stocked with all crockery and cooking equipment that you could possibly want. And then of course there is the games room which the kids absolutely made use of in the evenings. Only a short drive into Inverloch if you need to. We really can't speak highly enough of our stay at Elk Estate, and our host Michelle, and we will be returning.

What can I say but WOW. We hired Elk Estate for our family and extended family to stay as our daughter was getting married in Inverloch. Elk Estate was the perfect setting for our daughter and her bridesmaids to get ready and for pre wedding photographs. Michelle was the perfect host and could not do enough for us, even presenting us with the most amazing platters on arrival and a bottle of bubbles to celebrate. Elk Estate has a warm and welcoming vibe, is spotlessly clean and has absolutely everything you could possibly need and more. Absolutely loved our stay and can highly recommend

Fun family & friends getaway

A super well setup accomodation, especially suited to larger groups. Plenty of spaces to gather and a separate games area for the kids worked well. The pool area also really works well with the shade cloth providing protection from the sun, and a big spa for the cooler days. Our hosts provided a welcome basket of goodies (really nice), and took the time to explain key features of the house. While the location is a little out of Inverloch, its a very short drive to all the beaches and Wonthaggi, a real plus. We will definately consider coming again.

Amazing property, appointed perfectly

Michelle was a fantastic host making sure from the very beginning that we felt comfortable at her place. The house and property were both stunning with an exceptional variety of activities. Everything was clean and comfortable. We would definitely love to come back.
