About this space
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Featuring spacious bedrooms, a large gathering room on the main floor, and ample seating for family style dining. The view from the kitchen and bedrooms are absolutely breathtaking. With your own private dock at the back of the home, and a cozy seating area in the garage, you won't run out of places to make memories.
Walk around the harbour for fine dining, cute shops and ice cream while you enjoy time with your loved ones.
The space
The Space
Our home is perfect for families or groups looking for plenty of room to spread out. There are 4 bedrooms and 5 beds, plus 2 air mattresses if you need extra sleeping space. Each bedroom has plenty of storage for your clothes and personal items, and we’ve provided 4 pillows per bed along with extra throw blankets and fresh towels.
Bathrooms
On the main floor, there’s a powder room, and upstairs you'll find two full bathrooms with double sinks and stand-up showers. Upstairs is layed out so that 2 bedrooms share a bathroom at the back of the house, and 2 bedrooms share a bathroom at the front of the house. The layout is super clever in making people feel private yet togetherness.
Gathering Areas
There is a large patio on the main floor, and a very spacious balcony upstairs off the bedroom with 2 beds. There are 4 bar stools at the counter, and 8 seats at the table. We never have trouble hosting our large families in this space! The garage has couches and a fridge as well as some blankets to keep you warm on the chilly nights.
Parking & Waterfront
There’s plenty of parking, so no one will have trouble finding a spot. And the best part? You’re right on the water, so you can enjoy the view and even do some fishing if you like.
Whether you’re looking to relax, explore, or just spend time with family, this home has plenty of room to make it all happen.
Guest access
From our home, it is a quick walk to the boardwalk where you will find shops and restaurants.
You will have access to the entire home, and to the amenities *for a fee set by The Friday Harbour Resort*
Pool Access:
For $35 per adult and $10 per child (ages 2-12), you can enjoy the pool, restaurant, bar, towel service, sun lounges, and splash pad. Passes can be purchased and used on the same day at the Welcome Centre on the boardwalk. Each pass grants a two-hour time slot to enjoy the Beach Club and its amenities. Please note that you may be asked to show a reservation confirmation or a receipt of your booking with us.
Beach Access:
You can also enjoy the beach by the lake. Beach access costs $20 for adults and $10 for children (ages 2-12). You will receive a wristband that grants you access to the beach for the entire day, allowing you to come and go as you please.
Courts:
Friday Harbour has a beachside basketball court that meet NBA standards, and a volleyball court on the beach.
Recreation Rentals:
You will also have the ability to rent a variety of recreational rentals, including bikes, canoes and kayaks, jet skis and boats.
Nature Trails:
The trails in the area are beautiful. I go for a walk every day that I'm here and I walk through the forest on the way there, then by the water on the way back.
Weekly Events:
- DJ at CIBC Pier every Friday.
- Live music at CIBC Pier every Saturday.

Winter Activities at Friday Harbour:
- Skating on the Boardwalk.
- Luma Light Trail through the forest.
- 7 km of nature trails for exploring.
- Snowshoeing, fat tire biking, and cross-country skiing, with equipment available for rent on site.

Other things to note
Let us know ahead of time if you will need the air mattresses so we can give our cleaners a heads up about the time they will need to turnover upon your exit. It may also allow them to set the beds up for you if they have enough time and notice.
We do not allow large pets, and prefer any that are hypoallergenic as we have allergies in our family to pet dander. We know this isn't ideal! But we are happy to chat with you about it.
