The one person who could check us in was not available when we arrived. Not her fault, but surely more than one member ( there was another ) should know how? The room was ok, but the curtains did not cover the big front window, letting the street lights light up the room.

Very clean room. Great staff excellent pet friendly accommodation. The only negative from us is our room was very hot even though the foyer was quite cool. Perhaps some ducted aircon would help.

Renovated bathroom was nice. Towels were small and thin. The AC blew directly on the bed which is not good for individuals with sinus issues, like us.
